The motor went out on my hospital bed on a Tuesday. Spoke to Joyce and she had Ray out the next day. They had a good idea what the problem was. Ray showed up with a new motor and had it replaced in 15 minutes. I was back in business and he said he would bill the insurance.EXCELLENT service and great people.

We have been with rjis company for years! We call and the next day Shawn is here, he is polite and very kind. He puts oxygen up for my mother, answered all her questions, provided her with everything she needed! Thank you guys so much for the past 5 years of air supplys!

I spoke with Shawn(Sean) and my son spoke with Shawn(Sean) on separate days. He told us both to call my Dr and have him write a perscription. My Dr indicated they needed paperwork from the supplier. When they called Shawn(Sean) he told them he did not tell us to do that. So, I believe this company is only out for a quick sale without doing the work. Taking shortcuts is a bad way to do business. Would not trust them
