Michaels is a great store for crafts with a large selection of materials for whatever your craft is, including popular art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, beads for jewelry making, and Halloween stuff. They have everything to create anything and are the perfect place for party supplies and last-minute school projects. The store is very neat, organized, and quiet. They offer great sales, discounts, and a user-friendly app, along with a military discount. Some customers find the regular retail prices a little over priced and prefer to shop during sales. A point of criticism is the shift to self-checkout, as some customers prefer speaking to a friendly and knowledgeable checkout person. However, staff members are noted as being friendly and understanding. Staying open until 8pm is a major plus.
Bonnie was an excellent help and is an amazing asset to Michaels. She not only assisted me with finding what I needed, she also walked me through the steps of the checkout as this was my first time in this location

Nice clean store, but no one was around. At all, even at the checkout. They only had self checkout and nothing else.
