Seems like the employees are never fully happy or attentive. The prices are too high for the low quality. The only Michaels that rocks is in white settlement and most of them went to other stores.

I mean, what can I say about Michaels. I think each location varies on supplies and staff. This location specifically is ok. They typically have whatever I'm looking for if I'm shopping in store. I feel there is a lack in promptness with filling pickup orders though. It usually takes 4-5 hours to fill an order and then I don't get notified if they don't have what I ordered. The way I find out is by logging into my account to check. Not sure if all locations operate that way, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Granted, I was there during the week mid-morning, I couldn't find anyone on the floor to help me with fabric. It was just before Christmas, so you'd assume they would have extra help. Other than that, it seemed cluttered and much smaller than other stores. I left without making a purchase.

They usually have what I'm looking for but a little over priced, IMHO. It is best to go when they have sales because their regular retail prices are too high. Still, a much better choice than their main competitor.
