Please don’t get anything delivered here as they have Amazon and ups pick up.
Received notification that ups had to deliver my package here during the holiday ( and had to be picked up by Jan 6) as I was out of town which was fine. The problem lied when it got to Michael’s and signed by a Garcia (worker in Michaels). I called and went to the store several times to receive my item and no luck. Did in fact spoke with the same person each time the store manager Jared in which he is unprofessional, extremely rude and very dismissive as my package was an expensive laptop. This has been going on since December 23 and now we’re on January 2. I spoke with someone else named Brenda I believe that’s her name over the phone and all of a sudden they found my item. This is ridiculous. Now I’m currently waiting on my package as they cannot find it again! I’m not sure what kind of game they are playing, but I will never have anything delivered here nor will I purchase anything from this store.

This is a super big Michael’s with lots of products available! It was organized and clean. However, the gym next door plays their music so loud that the constant pulsing bass is enough to give you a migraine. I know that’s not Michael’s fault, but it makes the shopping experience unpleasant.

Horrible experience.
The employees were unhelpful and impolite. The other clients were unable to use their rewards program. They received assistance; I had the same problem, but when I sought for assistance, they acted as though I was inept.

Found what I needed but I find them a tad expensive. And selection for seasonal items was quite limited. Especially when they are located right next to Hobby Lobby on Hulen.

I went to Michael's on Monday to pick up somethings for my daughter who's currently being hospitalized. Not only couldn't I find a staff member on the floor to help me find an activity for her but I was also met with a rude comment at the cash register about me being in pajamas. If that wasn't bad enough I had to pay with 100$ bill so the person at the cash register had to call for more money. Vanessa comes out which I'm assuming is the manger with food all over her mouth. She couldn't even bother to say hello or good afternoon. She opens the register and says "wells it's because she's paying with a 100$ bill" takes the bill and rudely walks away. The person at the register apologized for her behavior but this was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at Michael's and I won't be going back.
