They force trucks to park along fire lane to check in. Literally half a dozen trucks waiting to check in right now blocking fire lane around half the building.
Somebody call the fire chief

As a trucker this is a nice place and ease of placing trailer into the assigned spots

D&H - everyone is helpful but you can tell the employees have to deal with a lot of truckers. The employees are doing their job and not working to make your life harder.
*Be nice, get your load, and let it go.

This place indicates a 24 hr facility! Don’t be fooled. This is dictated by the hours that GXO keeps. They don’t open their gate until 0700 so you cannot pick up your trailer sooner than that.

Attention Truckers: The entrance is gonna be on the south-east side of the building, right before the roundabout. Drive onto the property and make your way towards the back. You should see signs for shipping and receiving check in. Park at the stop sign, walk inside and check in. You'll have to sign in and fill out the form to hand to the clerk. Make sure to have both your tractor and trailer license plate #'s, your license, and the name of the broker company who assigned your trucking carrier the load.
When they assign you a door, they'll want you to slide tandems back, make sure no strap's are in the trailer, trailer swept and clean, than disconnect + bobtail to the street and wait. You'll have to drive right to the exit gate in which the gate itself will slide open for you. There are no restrooms or porta-potties on the facility.
When I was there, I got a call 2 hours later telling me to get my seal, BOL's and connect to my trailer. Overall this place is very tight and cumbersome. The customer service here makes you feel like your in basic training for the military, and NOT in a good way. There's no bathrooms and the exit gate sometimes takes too long to open. Depending on where your assigned door is, backing will take awhile especially if your door is in between 2 occupied doors. Go slow and use G.O.A.L.
When I ran out of hours I took my 10 on the street in which there's usually plenty or parking space that doesn't get in the way of flowing traffic. You can also check the trucker path app to find truck stops near you.

Can be long wait especially on busy days trucks lined up all the around the building an out on the road cause they only allow one person at a time......cause of this an can be difficult to maneuver an move around the already small facility.....the personal are pretty cool to deal with...

Very particular people. Lots of special ops going on for the drivers. No more than one person allowed in the warehouse to check in. You'll have to wait in the heat.. that could be 15 more minutes...
After about a 10 to 15 minute paperwork process then:
Dock your truck.. disconnect unhook and then leave.. not allowed on premises while leaving your empty trailer there.. probably an insurance risk for the driver's company..
the place has little to no signage.. no sign at the entrance and a very small temporary parking lot sign that you can't see for shipping office which is at door 15 the middle of the rear building..
After you eventually get a call that you were loaded you go back and you reconnect everything.
Then you go to the front office around the side of the building and get your paperwork.. each person takes about 10 minutes on average to check out.. I had two in front of me so I went back to my truck and 20 minutes later went back up after I saw the last person leave..
they probably couldn't have made it more difficult.. it actually took some thought on the facility managers parts to make as many stops and as most difficult as possible..
At least they didn't put an intercom at the entrance to make you wait there in the middle of the street to enter.. maybe that's coming next?
