They should call it an Hours Clinic & a waste of time. Despite their ads & signs saying walk-ins welcome, they kept me waiting for over an hour just to tell me they wouldn't be able to see me today. Absolutely unacceptable, especially when people are sick. I would recommend just doing an virtual appointment with a teledoc. Total BS.

I will absolutely never visit another Minute Clinic, or CVS, after my last experience. A few years ago I got a flu vaccine at this location, and was billed even though it was covered by my insurance. After fighting to be reimbursed, eventually I was told too much time had passed and I wouldn't be helped.
I made the mistake of visiting again recently, for a very minor issue. I ensured before the visit and before leaving the visit that it was covered by insurance. A month later I had a charge on my card for $330, which was charged without authorization. Everytime I've called CVS I've been given another story about why I was charged, and no one in the billing department can give me a clear explanation of what's going on.
Do not trust the people who work here in any capacity, and do not go to the Minute Clinic.

This office is absurd. They need new management cause they cannot do anything. Over a month and still no medication refill. They keep saying I need to contact them. Like how many times do I have to request for a refill? I already went in person 2 times and called a 3rd time over the past month. Still getting the run around. Ridiculous.

This service was incredible. I had been sick for so long and already been to the doctor once. Still sick, I went in on a Saturday, got the appointment so quick, the doctor was so kind and gave me the prescription I needed. I’m better already!

My NP involved me in all the choices I had to treat my ear infection. She asked for input and explained her suggestions very well! I have been there before and if needed will go there again.

This particular Minute Clinic in Fort Worth has an incredible staff. Short wait times, and efficient, personable providers. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Scraped my right elbow, deep wounds. Injuries were weeping and surrounding skin turning red and swelling. Went to minute clinic at CVS Sunny Brown saw me quickly, cleaned my wounds, covered them and ordered two prescriptions. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. It’s great having the pharmacy steps away. Sunny Brown was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I have recommended minute clinic to all my friends.

Sunny was extremely nice and helpful, I was a walk in customer and she was able to see me between patients. Easily most nice and considerate person I have dealt with out of any clinic.

I was told I had put in my birthday wrong and I told her I had to put it in twice because the system was glitchy and didn't want to take it. It put my child's birthday on it and she was condescending and rude sighing saying the system doesn't glitch and lots of people do that and she might not be able to see me. She kept sighing and just made me feel like a liar and stupid. Saying in an inconvenient way that she was going to try to fix. I hate being treated so rude so I grabbed my things and said it's okay I will go somewhere else. I came to City Doc I have a lot of medical issues and just needed to be seen for strep I don't need her haughty behavior.

Turned my wife away because she did not have her ID on her, yet I was provided service with no problem and no one verified my ID. Please make it make sense. Also the no phone rule is ridiculous. No other clinic has that. Only reason I went is because it’s the only clinic to do a wellness check for my benefits with my employer. If you have the choice of going to another clinic, please do so. The majority of reviews are negative 1 stars and it’s for a reason.

They give appointments and don’t keep them.They also give appointments during lunch time … ???They should change the name from minute clinic to 45 minute clinic
