I visited the minute clinic at c. V. S on Bryant Irvin road and I believe the nurse practitioner's name was Megan. I highly recommend her. She was very polite, courteous and professional, and explained everything to me where I could understand it.

CVS keeps ALL of my vaccination records (Pharmacy AND Minute Clinic) together in one downloadable PDF document.
This store is super nice & the Pharmacy AND Minute Clinic staff are courteous & professional.
CVS makes the process of staying current on my vaccines as Painless as Possible :)

Took my lunch early to get a TB test. Made an appointment online and checked in 15mins early. I was the only one waiting for any kind of service at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45. There were two women on duty who just sat around in the back rooms and did nothing for the entire 45 minutes I was there. Neither even attempted to talk to/help me. I even got up from my seat to let one of them (I’m assuming the Doctor) know I was there for a TB test. She then went and joined the nurse or assistant in the room she was in , and shut the door. I could hear them laughing, bantering and being giddy, through closed door mind you - that’s how loud they were, for atleast the next 20-30 minutes before I finally just got up and left. I had not even been asked my name. No attempt at all to provide service from either worker. I had to put my insurance and credit card information in to even make an appointment. A complete waste of time. So unprofessional! Don’t bother with the Minute Clinic at this place, they should rename it the “We’ll get around to it Clinic”!

I had an appointment at this place to follow up on my TB test that I had to get for school. My appointment was at 2:40 and the staff got off of lunch at 2:30. The PA didn’t start calling people back until 3:00. Keep in mind she was in the room the entire time. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. What’s the point in making an appointment if I’m not going to be seen at the time of my appointment? Would not recommend coming here unless you want to wait 2 hours past your appointment time. This place sucks. If I could give no stars I would.

Quick and no pressure. My NP got straight to the point of my issue whilst asking me questions. I was So relaxed I felt so comfortable and knew I wasn't going to be disappointed. It's worth the out of pocket expense.

Honestly best doctor experience I’ve ever had! I was in and out of there quickly and the practitioner was super nice and helpful. I was also able to pick up my prescription in the same building that was ready 10 minutes after my appointment ended!

Absolutely horrible. Charged me $140 and told me to take Mucinex for my cough which I told her I have already taken and it didn’t work. Jamia Mack told me I hadn’t coughed enough while I was there. Absolutely horrible and a rip off.

The Nurse practitioner Mack is so unprofessional. From the moment I was called she started sighing heavily, slamming thing, and had an attitude like she hate everyone and everything. She was condescending and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences.
I do not believe she is knowledgeable since the prescription she gave me was for 5 days only and it’s usually for 10 but at that point I was so done with her I just wanted the visit to be over.
I stayed because I felt bad and this was the only clinic with appointments. However, I will never use a minute clinic again.

Information online is misleading. It states “Walk-ins welcome” but they are not. You are welcome to walk in and make an appointment on the kiosk, but not welcome to walk in and be seen.

I definitely won't be going back. The people are funky with negative energies and I wasn't comfortable sharing my medical history with them. They are very low class and unprofessional.I mistook them for urgent care because when I typed urgent care on my insurance app minute clinic pulled up. So I thought it was an urgent care but boy was I surprised. They tried to make me feel like crapt because I chose the wrong facility. And after knowing this I tried to leave but the doctor insisted on helping me.He gave me some ridiculous things to do and gave me some ridiculous prescriptions that the REAL urgent care said it was over the top.Yes, I left them and went to the REAL urgent care And they gave me a shot for my allergic reaction And they gave me steroids that only lasted 3 days instead of fifteen days like CVS minute clinic gave me.They also voided out the other 2 prescriptions that they gave me as well and told me not to take those.I went to urgent care TX in Benbrook, and they were VERY nice and kind and professional, and they knew what they were doing.I do NOT recommend the CVS at brian irvin AT ALL. If you go there you would be VERY disappointed. I felt like I was serviced by dogs. I was humiliated and disgusted with the people AND the service that I received. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I definitely won't be back.I thought I would leave a review to save you some time and frustration.

Do not go to this place. I saw Holly Jamie, NP. She was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. She can not even test properly. I asked for both COVID and Flu tests because I had severe upper respiratory infection. She refused to do Flu test first but I strongly asked and finally she accepted. Plus, she did such a poor job for testing. First COVID test came back error. Although I got negative for both of them in the end, I did not trust her and went to an urgent care. Flu Type B came back positive. See! Do not go even if your insurance is Aetna and no co pay is required.
