The customer service there is not helpful at all I walked in she greeted me but stayed on her phone the whole time lady never offered to help it’s a smaller shop but I was very confused on the sizing so I just left definitely won’t be recommending that store to anyone it definitely isn’t for people of color that lady definitely didn’t want to help anyone of color cause someone else came in behind me and they weren’t helped also

Customer service not the best from coming from the owners, secondly, I was quoted $199.00 for the dress my daughter picked for her prom, when if was time to pay, the dress ended up going $26.00 and we ended up paying $247.00, quite a different in the price. Very interested behavior, and unprofessional in many ways.No, my dear the $26.00 that was added was not for taxes but for the the price on the dress, and I would've had a problem paying the extra $26. If I would've been told that from the beginning. Either way no worries, I donated the dress to Mission of Arlington so someone else can use it.
