their mod had doors that swing open and was not prone to getting stuck like tje roll down doors, proce was cheaper than other options, and their mod was cleaner and better maintained. customer service was awesome on the phone and in perso n. ? recommend and would use again.

From the first call till the last Mod was picked up they were amazing. I called around and they had the best prices. They delivered the first mod and we filled it faster then we thought and at 1pm when I call I was not expecting her to say he will be on his way with a second one. We live a ways from their facility. He then took it apon himself to go find our new house where the mods would eventually 3 1/2 weeks later need to be delivered to, since it's a new address and not on Google or any other maps yet.I have already recommended them to others.

I had a wonderful experience with M.O.D.S from start to finish! Pam could not have been nicer on the phone explaining all of my options and pricing and the guy who brought the unit out was so professional and perfect at doing his job! He was also very courteous and made sure I had plenty of room to get my car out of the driveway. I had a great experience all around and would not hesitate to use them again!

I decided to replace all of the flooring in my house, so we had to completely move out of our house for two weeks. MODS delivered a unit to my driveway and we stored our furniture and other items there until the project was complete. Lisa was so friendly and helpful when I requested the unit. It was delivered on time and with no problems. The unit was clean and in very good condition structurally (no leaks or damage, etc.). The entire process could not have been easier. The best part was that I paid about half of what I had been quoted by other storage companies. I would 100% recommend MODS and would use them again if the need arose.

Needed a container way out in the boonies near the LBJ Grasslands for a DIY renovation project. I was not confident that I could find a company that would service my area. M.O.D.S did so and was quick about it. Very pleased with the process, with the employees, the driver, everything! The cost was very fair, in my opinion.

Great experience and communication. Fast, on time pickup and drop off. Clean unit and courteous driver. The driver even put down mats to protect the concrete from the truck and cleaned up any spots left by his equipment. Excellent business.
