Some employees at this store are so rude. The front end employees are horrible. The ONLY reason I shop here is when I don't feel like driving a little further to the Super Walmart store. I absolutely hate the way they treat their customers. The pharmacy staff is very nice and helpful. The pick up staff are always nice as well

Randomly turned into trash about 8 months ago with their redesign. Employees are unhelpful, kids steal from the store seemingly all the time. I was checked out by one employee (on 12/03/2023) who said she had only been there for 2 but felt like it had been all day. She said this after we stepped up to the register, and then rolled her eyes at the woman behind us because she began placing her items on the belt. It took a full minute for our person to begin scanning our items. Fully looked us in the eyes, scrunched up her face, and told us she didn't want to be there. Other employees are more occupied with being buddies with one another than helping customers. Trash location

Second time I've been in this store and I like it. They have everything that the big store has, just in a smaller quantity ad they have everything I want, unlike a curtain store location I hate goin into. I may have to start shopping here instead of other said store.

This location treats their customers like criminals!! The store is redesigned where there are more self-checkout lanes. Though this is not my preference, not usually a problem until you are continually treated like a CRIMINAL rather than a CUSTOMER! We used to love the store and people; however, the choice in training their Associates to "audit" over your shoulder and stand behind you while checking out is so ridiculously frustrating. You leave feeling like a victim whose being constantly and consistently harassed while you're purchasing merchandise. I've called and complained three times on three different occasions and nothing received outside of an apology and excuses.

Without warning, this store redesigned and rearranged the entire store, without a 'map' of where things are now compared to where they used to be. They discontinued the majority of plant-based (Amy's Kitchen, etc.) gluten free items, without notice. The employees are always on their mobile devices and no help whatsoever. Bad management. I'll drive to either the Beach street or Golden Triangle locations and advise you to do the same.

I visited this Walmart this morning to utilize the money center however what I needed was not working. I did a little shopping and went through the self check out. I just walked behind this particular associate who just turned this lane on. I proceeded to the self check out. I use the online pay and did not realize that it does not print a hard copy of the receipt. After paying for my items I tap the assistance button on the screen and she came back over to the lane. I asked her if there was a way I could get a physical copy of my receipt because I did not realize with the online pay a receipt would not print. No problem. She prints the receipt and gets me a physical copy. My problem lies is she inspects my receipt, mind you there were no other customers between her prepping it, leaving the lane, and me coming to complete my purchase. It was a little over $20. From the time she left to me completing check out was maybe 4 minutes if that. So she's inspecting my receipt and then proceeds to ask me to verify how much the total was. This was not a positive experience at all. I felt very uncomfortable and like I was being interrogated as if something criminal took place. This isn't me calling into a financial institution to check a balance of an account, I'm asking you if you can print my receipt on a transaction that I just made. I have previously had great experiences at this location but due to this I don't think I will be returning.

If I was reviewing the pharmacy alone, I'd give it four stars. This Walmart has the simplest process, fastest service, clearest communication, and best discount offers of any pharmacy we've ever worked with. The staff are helpful and move quickly. We never feel our time is being wasted and always feel important. The rest of the store is your basic Walmart Neighborhood Market, which against brand reputation, charges $1-$2 more than Winco for nearly everything and has a smaller selection of products, often not including some of our favorite brands. We do like their health products section, which seems to always have what we need at a good price (more props to the pharmacy). It's cheaper than Kroger Market and more convenient if only because it's not huge and spread out. For certain Walmart things, I'll still drive a little farther to the Super Center. For groceries, Winco is much better. If you need a local pharmacy, I highly recommend the one here.

I usually do my grocery pick up at this location bc it's on the way home from work. I haven't had issues with their grocery pick up until today. They gave me a bag of rotten Potatoes that smelt like dead fish! It was so nasty, I don't understand how they didn't notice it when bagging it up. The smell was strong! I never write reviews but this just grossed me out and when I called to let the manager know they didn't seem very concerned about it. Just told me to do the refund on the app or just to return it to the store.

I scheduled my 2nd Covid vaccine at this pharmacy. The intake process was a bit chaotic and the staff seems overwhelmed. They are very busy and trying to multitask. I think they need more help

We decided to try this location today since it was convenient to our other errands. I was surprised at how much this Walmart actually had inside. We found some amazing brands and flavors plus we did not see any empty shelves! The robot was out cleaning the floors and the employees were all working hard to keep the store tidy and organized. I observed a few employees gathering pickup orders. Checking out was different because... there were NO lanes with an actual person : O we had to use scan and go which wasn't terrible. We needed assistance though since we bought wine, but the manager was kind. No issues!! I would recommend shopping here if you're close by, not nearly as many people as a regular super center and easy to find what you're looking for!!

I have used their delivery often. However, the last time I had a delivery order, not only was it not delivered, but I was still charged for it even though I contacted them about the problem. Walmart doesn't care about customers or customer service. Satisfaction guaranteed is a joke when it comes to Walmart.

I stop there once if not twice a day. I know where everything is at (accept when they move things inexplicably). Staff is nice and have all been there for some time. But the greatest thing about this store is a gentlemen named Charlie that works there. He is the kindest and happiest person I've ever met. He's polite and cares about the customers. Frankly I go to the gas station convenience store just to say hi to Charlie and get some coffee. He's an incredible asset to this store and even dresses as Santa during the Christmas season. Salt of the earth.
