My friend sent me $1200 on Wednesday evening. I went to my neighborhood walmart and 3 other moneygram locations only to be told to call customer service. All you get is a recording saying they've been hacked which then hangs up. Now im overdrafted in my account and left in limbo as to if or when I'll get my money. People need to know not to use this service,but theyre still allowing people to send, because the hack was discovered Wednesday morning and my money was sent after that

It's very true they never pick up the phone. They are overwhelmed, infact all of the pharmacy's on the East side of Fort Worth are overwhelmed. High percentage of elderly population equals many prescriptions. There are about 9 pharmacy's including the one's inside grocery stores in the area from Oakland Blvd on the west to Eastchase on the east end, Randol Mill Road to the north and Rosedale to the south. That being said there is no excuse, These phamarcy companies need to employ more pharmacist and phamracy techs at the stores in this area to meet the high demand. I have to frequently go inside the store to get decent service because there are not enough employees working in these positions and the phones are ignored.

Everytime you call the pharmacy concerning a prescription dr has sent they never answer phone which is crap they need help or better employees that care about a customers need

Worst pharmacy ever. Wont update customer on ANY information & are so rude & unprofessional. I've waited 2 weeks for my medication and NO update. Never coming here again.

Never have i ever had an experience at a pharmacy like the one i have had here. They are the WORST at picking up their phones. I called about 3-4 times today, was placed on hold for 15 MINUTES just to have someone answer, and put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Keep in mind NO ONE EVER ANSWERED MY CALL OR MY QUESTION. I dropped off a prescription yesterday which wasn't able to be completed due to them not having it in stock, but i was able to get at least my pain medications. Come today i call and am not able to get ahold of anyone so i head to the pharmacy. Once at the window i waited another 10 minutes when finally someone came to help out. While giving her my information you could already tell she was not in a mood to assist me and had an attitude. She told me "from what i see on your file they told you to come back after 5pm" while explaining to her that i had been calling to get an update but no one answered she told me that's why they give patients all the information when they first come and that they were open until 9, she guaranteed that if i came by AFTER 5PM my prescription would be ready. Well come 7:15 I'm at the pharmacy window AGAIN (since they clearly couldn't pick up a phone)when i receive a phone call. Surprise, it's the pharmacy saying unfortunately they were not able to get it today. Once i let her know i was the car that was outside she decided to come speak to me. She FINALLY gave me my prescription back so i could try a different location. I ended up taking it to a Walgreens pharmacy that was opened later due to me needing this medication as of yesterday who then proceeded to tell me they doubt i will be able to get it tonight DUE TO THE CVS BEING KNOWN FOR NEVER ANSWERING THEIR PHONE. SO HERE I AM AGAIN WITHOUT MY PRESCRIPTION!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!! (If i could it would be 0 stars!!!)

This pharmacy is horrible with answering the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes for someone to pick up and put me back on hold without asking if it was ok. This is Everytime I call. You'll die before you get someone to answer.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! You will be on hold for 20 minutes every time you try to call. Also if they run into a problem with filling your medication they simply won't tell you and not fill it. Worst customer service all around. Don't know how this place is still open.

I went today to pay a bill with money gram that manager they have there working is so rude no customer service skills his name is john I told him I wanted to finish my payment express he said there was not one in my name I said yes I just finish he keep tell me I had to go finish I told him I did it said to go to the register and pay then he got mad cause I wanted someone that could speak English cause this guy couldn't talk clear English so I went back and did it again so then it went threw and he was saying it was my fault he shouldn't be there if he don't know how to talk to the customer they are the ones that pay his pay check

Stopped by for a few snacks , will not come back. When I first walked in I was greeted with an un friendly look from the security guard. I asked her where could I find the ladies room. She proceeded to tell me that I must first make a purchase, I explained that I intend to make one and she begins to get an attitude. I am scared off by this behavior, without my snacks

Posted hours online don't match the actual operating hours. Have had trouble picking up my prescription this past week because of this. I've had an OKAY experience as far as the pharmacy is concerned but the actual store has garbage customer service. Double check the products you buy because there's definitely expired product on the shelves here. I'd recommend not ever going inside the store if it can be avoided. Panhandlers outside, etc. This location generally makes me feel unsafe

The absolute WORST pharmacy ever! The only reason I started using them was because of my insurance and they are close to my house. My husband has two medications he has to have every month, if I could get a years supply of both and not have to go to that place but once a year, I might give it two stars. First time I go there they had to get some sort of letter from insurance to get one of the medicines, okay, that's not their fault, next time after I had put both on automatic refill, of course only one was filled and had to wait for the other. Third time, again, one was filled and they were out of the other and had to order it and told me to come back after 5. Well one visit per day there is more than enough so I went back two days later to be sure and good thing because it wasn't there after 5 the day they told me to come back. Lastly, refill date is the 19th of each month, yesterday I got a message that one of the medicines could not be gotten and they don't know when they can get it. Tried to return the call and phone was busy all day ( as in off the hook). Went there today and they called a couple of other stores to check for the medicine and found one but they apparently can't transfer it to this store, I have to drive 10 miles to some place in Arlington. This store sucks and this is the last bad experience there, I'm transferring the prescriptions to any other pharmacy other than CVS.

Good luck getting through on the phone. You'll be stuck listening to that horrid piano music for hours. I literally have trauma from getting stuck sitting on the phone endlessly listening to that evil music. They never answer. And the chairs in the sitting area are visibly filthy and reek of urine. One time I went and there were flies buzzing around them. The pharmacists are nice enough, but are very slow to respond. It's in a bad neighborhood, which I, unfortunately, live in. Good luck getting into the store without getting accosted in the parking lot by a panhandler.

In East Fort Worth there are many places you don't venture after certain hours of the day. This is just one of them. Yes, I went for some cold medication and yes I got it, but who knew that I'd be waiting close to 10 minutes just to pay for it. Even with two cashiers it was a slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow process. I can't say that has ever happened before and unless it's a dire emergency, it's not a CVS I need to go to to often.
