We stayed Tuesday night, the toilet didn't flush. We planned for just that night. No biggie.
Then we needed to stay another night.
They wanted to put us in the same room, but we let them know the toilet didn't flush.
They put us in another room. We started trying to take baths, you can't take baths because the pull thing won't go down. So showers for everyone but me, because my legs don't work well, and I'm usually in a wheelchair.
But before any showers could begin, we had to go get towels, just a rug in the room.
They actually argued with us. Then, FINALLY, after a half hour, gave us 2 towels, 1 rug, 1 washcloth. There are 4 of us, 2 adults 2 kids, and we told them that.
My husband tried calling, no answer.
We couldn't call from the room phone because there wasn't one in this room.
The floors were mopped at, so our feet were filthy. We had to put on shoes to go to the restroom, or wash our feet everytime.
I clean for a living, so I finally mopped myself at 1130 pm.
Then, at 130 this morning I went to the restroom, went to wash my hands and there was roaches all in the sink, I have photos and videos.
I killed them, of course. Sprayed spray that I keep in my cleaning supplies in case I need it at a job.
And I went back to bed.
Also, it says pet friendly, but the lock up the small area with grass so the animals can't use the restroom. We asked if they would open it last night, they said no.
So this morning,after getting kids to school. I stopped at the office to discuss with my money back, or another night.
The oriental guy yelled at me, said he don't care if there was issues. He said we should've came to the office, Everytime there was a problem. After working all day, we were exhausted. I told him I'd like to speak to the owner. He said, no. I can't give his number. I said then could you call him for me so I can speak to him. He said no, I don't have number. I told him I knew that was a lie. He told me to get out of his office. I told him no, I need to speak to the owner. He locked up the management side, and just left the office.
Pathetic excuse of a man.

Update again: So really I just wanted to say Fudge the nighttime attendant is just an amazing and fearless bad ass motel manager. You can see him walk the property for his scheduled property checks every night and if anything at all isn't right he handles it and frankly I feel safe with Fudge out there and I know we won't get messed with.
Update: So this location got new management not too awful long ago. They live on the property in an apartment above the lobby. I've never really had a problem with them. I mean what I said below is true and legit at least until this stay. I paid for 5 nights in a specific room. However, yesterday morning they knocked on the door waking us up and told us the maintenance guy wanted to work in the room so we were being moved to a new room. So we moved all of our belongings and animals to the new room. We had to go to work this morning so I put the towels outside the door to be picked up by room service. Because of my dog the towels were not replaced. I went to the lobby (that is always locked for some reason unless it's coffee time 6am-10am)when I got back this afternoon and asked if I could have replacements and was told by the new management that my room was on the house keeping list for today and because of my dog not being in a cage it could not be house kept and therefore I missed the opportunity to get new towels. I told him well I'm sorry but we had to go to work and we don't have a cage because we don't cage our dog. To which he said okay Ill give u the towels this time but next time cage ur dog. And then he proceeds to give me a single towel. That's it. NVM I put out 3 body towels, two rags and a floor towel. So now my better half and I are expected to shower and dry off two bodies with one little bitty body towel. Dropped my rating from a four star to a two star real quick like.

Actually It's really a decent motel. It's the only Motel 6 we visit as often as possible. We've been in quite a few of the rooms so I usually have a room request when I check in and so long as it's not already occupied I usually get it. No body bothers us. I wish there was a landline in every room but there are only a couple that have one that works. There is a laundry room with a soda machine, 2 washers and dryers and an ice machine. At least one of each of the washer and dryer is always working $2 a cycle. Sodas are $1.50. they are of course pet friendly. The picture they have on here is outdated. The pool has been filled in and grass has grown since before our first visit a couple years ago. And the best part....there is coffee in the lobby every morning from 6am to 10am....mmmmm

There were no bed bugs, but the shower was not cleaned and the pictures we found online of the hotel were nothing like what we saw in person. The A/C barely worked, there was no trash can in our room and we found roaches in the fridge and the microwave. We didn't go to the front desk and complain because we only stayed for one night, but we will NOT be returning to this location

Well for the piece it was ok. Booking online via booking.com I only paid 56$ a night but if you booked via walk up it's 70$ a night so the savings was pretty on point. I stayed for 3 days. The annoying part is if I wanted to extend a day I'd have to check out and check in because then I'd be considered a walk up and check out us 11 while check in is at 2. I ended up having a different room each time so each room had

Now that's the way you put old feather in the business at and then the staff was great and clearly this was impeccable I can't believe that it went so smoothly. Customer service was 5 star. Efforts and services are greatly appreciated.
