At first everything was ok but after a week of staying here with my wife the owner became more and more rude. Even coming to our room and demanding pay and contacting my parents who helped us book the room and demanding payment. The owner also refused to give us towels until we brought the dirty ones, wouldn't let me into the room until i paid when i was a few bucks short. The sink faucet broke on our last night and also the owner came to the room while i was out and yelled at my wife to pay or leave. She explained we were trying to get money almost had enough he said he didn't care and it isn't his problem and if she didn't go he would call the cops. We lost our house due to unforseen circumstances and when we left they refused go give our deposit back that the owner made me pay in cash. I wouldn't go back ever not even for a million dollars. Not to mention most of the time there is no one at the desk. The owner is not professional and extremley rude DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

We had a smoking room with, you know. I don't smoke anymore, and it was horrible, disgusting, filthy and dirty and the service sucked and up. I give it a 2 but the location is great for entertainment and good food. But if you're a smoker, you might want to think about quitting before going to that hotel. Fudge, that.

Can you imagine on November 23/2024 my boyfriend and I went to rest a little in this horrible hotel. The women give a this first room was too dirty and towels unclean. I was so disappointed. Even the blankets and pillows were all dirty the restroom was just like a big mess. So the office woman give an another room we have waited like 30min before get into a new room. I have took some videos to share but unfortunately we can’t post video here. I just need my money back. 🥺🫨😤😤😟😟😟😟i had a nightmare night. I was not comfortable in the room that day.

The man at the front desk is really rude and then asking me my personal business like sir im paying you for a room what's up with asking me all kinds of questions. And then they charge people whatever they want to charge. online, it said $65 a night, and with tax it's $77, but he told me $84.99. Now let's start with the bed bugs I've told them and showed them that you guys have bed bugs he told me no they don't, so I showed him the pictures and he still denying it. Someone really need to do something with this hotel. They are robbing people.

Was a pretty enjoyable experience. The room I had was very clean and appealing. Pleased. Also the lady that checked me in also started vacuuming the main level at 10 pm. Nice… My only complaint was the washer/dryer. Might as well put a sign that says doesn’t dry clothes lol. $1 dryer cost me $6 and I’m leaving here with damp clothes. ??????????Rooms: 3.5/5

I give it 4 stars because it was convenient. We had no towels. Very little toilet paper. And the the top bedspread had holes and looked a little stained. But the bed was comfortable. I slept good.

A motel that stops serving coffee by 9am such as this "Notel sicc" don't deserve to be considered a motel. It's barely more accommodating than incarceration, and that's because incarceration over charge you for your freedom while this shindig operation over charges money, understanding , and patience. The police presence is suffocating, and the staff lock doors at ten pm, preventing access to potential clients. How ironic is that? I only remain here by choice because unfortunately, my past incarceration has prepared me for such primitive treatment. But, you my people have been forewarned. Beware. Don't do it ?. My super power of enduring the unimaginable has been forged from nearly 500 years of inhumane hatred. If only I had known before I checcd in. Honestly speaking, the motel 6 off the South freeway and Seminary is a better option than this Notel. My only positive about this place is that at least there's a liquor store nearby smh

After Visiting Someone Out Here . They Got My Car Towed Illegally. After He Admitted To Miscommunication With Me. He Decided To Call The Towing Place And Tell Her To Charge Me Whatever She Wants To Get My Car Back. As Well As When I Tried To Call The Hotel And Talk To Them About My Car He Hung Up In My Face . Karma Sure Will Look Good When It Swings Around.
