“I was skeptical initially that any moving company can have so many 5-star reviews but Berger Allied proved it.Ena, our move coordinator was very responsive and the packing crew and our driver Francisco all lived up to The Careful Movers motto. I’ve done three cross-country moves and this company was by far the most professional and had no breakage.The packing service was efficient and effective with a crew of four who took four hours to pack 72 boxes. We did segregate our stay and go items beforehand, which was recommended by the move coordinator and was a very good idea, as anything that wasn’t nailed down got packed!The driver brought two helpers and got everything disassembled and packed carefully on the truck in 5 hours. In all we had about 280 items on the list. Everything was carefully described on the inventory with high value items clearly marked. The driver kept me updated as to timing of delivery and met his promised time.On delivery day the driver rented a smaller truck to shuttle items to our house because there wasn’t enough space for the 53-foot trailer to fit. I appreciated that he took complete ownership of the process and didn’t simply hand it off to the local affiliate at destination, which is what happened with our previous moves. The driver and his assistant brought everything into the house and reassembled all the furniture in about 6 hours. We checked off all 280-odd items and double checked for missing items, and everything made it in good condition. Furniture was reassembled with care and skill. Even my glass cabinet from IKEA made it with no damage! The driver had all the right tools for the job.Although I hope not to have to make another move anytime soon, I am confident that Berger Allied would do a great job and I can heartily recommend them to others.”

When I called about prices and availability I spoke with Matthew The facility manager. Mike and Terra in rental are always on top of anything I need done. One phone call to them and I am confident my issue will be resolved. Anything from invoicing to OTR breakdowns. During peak season if I have any issues with a rental on hand they are quick to either get a tech out or get me a sub truck. Fastest response time of any lease/rental company I have worked with. Connor in lease has gotten me set up on great lease programs that make sense for my business and allow us to cut cost on maintenance while assisting in keeping us compliant in that area. Clint, Ben, Stacey, and the whole service center here have always exceeded my expectations around every turn. They have made sure we minimize down time while keeping cost in a reasonable range. They take time to educate the customer and help understand the "nuts and bolts" of the service being done. In all, this company has exceeded my expectations in every department on a consistent basis!”

“You may think that in someways Movers are just Movers. As long as your stuff gets there safe and on time there isn't much difference between companies. You would be wrong. This company has the fastest response time and they bend over backwards to accommodate you. I had a problem at work and was unable to get off the days I needed to pack. They were able to supply me two people to help me pack on very short notice. I would not have been able to make this move work had they not expended the effort to assist me the way they did. Antonio and Ted were careful and efficient in the way they packed my belongings. The move is tomorrow so my next review will be an update. I anticipate it will go as smoothly as the packing did.”
