“I had a great experience with secured moving. The day started off rough for the movers, their truck had been unexpectedly towed in the middle of the night. The owner went out of his way to secure a new truck, and came in on his day off along with the people he was working with who were also not scheduled to work the day. The move was completed in a very reasonable time, especially for it being 109 that day. Nothing was damaged and they even organized our boxes in a way that would be easy for us to unpack. Highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.”

“My experience was great! Right when I walked in I was kindly greeted by CharRoy and she was just a delight. Very friendly and knowledgeable of all the units available that fit my needs. She showed me a unit and took her time to make sure I was making the right choice. I arrived right before closing time but she still made sure I was satisfied and happy with the size unit I was getting. As long as she.is around I feel like I made the right choice in where to store my things. Thank uou for being so positive !”

“Eric and Tony blew it out of the park! It was the simplest (and fastest) move we've ever experienced. We never hired a moving company before and got a recommendation from a friend who used you. It paid off so much.
The patience these 2 men had with 1. The heat. And 2. The layout of our first house. Everything was done to a pristine degree. From pack up to getting the king sized bed up the stairway that fought back fiercly but in the end, the firefighters prevailed.
You guys will be the only thing coming out of our mouths for months to come. Thank you so much for everything. You're the standard everyone else should be compared.
I never do reviews either and that says something. Outstanding all around.
Give these guys more Gatorade. Like get the jug you see on the side of the NFL games. They deserve it.”

“Surprisingly a very easy process. I was expecting a headache but nope, customer service was super friendly (except one but I'll give her a pass) and always willing to answer all of my questions. The price was also reasonable to ship roughly 1200 miles. Loading/Unloading was simple except adding/removing the bulkhead doors was a hassle; but with three people (2F/1M) and having to purchase additional locks since there is only a small hole to fit (I wish I would have thought of zip ties), it can be done! My only issue is that the footage was extremely difficult to decipher. We stopped at 12 feet and they charged us 14. Could not dispute since we had already started unloading. However, I would definitely recommend U Pack.”

After my first delivery they advised me of other services and I got me TV mounted the next day. I loved the fact that on both visits they were on time and took the job serious and put some much pride into their work which means everything to me. I would definitely recommend and will be using again. My TV mounting was exceptionally done really good. I was so impressed. They even installed an extra outlet in the back in case I needed to hook up something else. Love these guys.”

“Encountered a brief obstacle when arrived at the unit and there was a keyed padlock where there was supposed to be a combination lock. Since the property is managed remotely, I called the same number I did on order to rent the unit, and they directed me to another unit which is the same size. This unit had the expected combination lock and I was back in business. The unit itself is easily accessible and clean.”
