“Great customer service. Sherry has been so kind since day 1. I love how you can just use your phone to enter the gate and exit the gate. Easy in and out. Chose this location over others closer to our house due to very high reviews, and we have been very happy with our decision!”

“Needed to get a storage today. Looked around and was able to find a storage nearby. Extra Storage had the Book Online option on Google Maps that had a great online deal. I drove to the store and mentioned what storage size I wanted and was told the pricing with the online deal. I was able to get the unit that quick and easy with a small payment today. Makayla helped me through the process and made it very seamless and easy. She had a great attitude amd demeanor. She was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. What customer service should be. Recommend”

“I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience at this specific Extra Space! Over the years, I have had units with multiple different storage companies, I’ve also stored at 2 other local Extra Space locations- this one on rosedale 76107 has been BY FAR the most convenient, clean, friendly, well managed & communicative storage spot! Hands down. The guy in the front office, Collin I think- has great contagious energy, always waves & usually asks about potential needs if he drives by in his golf cart. What I really appreciate the most, and what truly sets this place apart is how clearly & considerably he communicates with me if there’s ever any potential payment issues. I’m extremely ADHD & his reminders are beyond helpful. I tend to complicate questions & scenarios- he makes it simple. I’ve met maybe 2 other people here also, they’re great as well… but you’re in luck if that guy is in the office. I finally got a house & no longer need my unit here anymore, but if I ever need a unit again- I’m checking here first. Thanks for a solid 3 years ?”

“Online Rental space prices affordable as compared to other major storage companies in the area. Obtaining access code, storage space lock and contract completion were performed entirely online. Very convenient services. Met the property manager checking out the cleanliness of another empty unit while I accessed my storage unit. She was very professional along with being very personable. Property and the storage units appear to be well maintained based on my observations.”

“Ashlee was a tremendous help yesterday moving in and helping get me oriented to the storage facility. I also saw her doing rounds around the property and checking on things and keeping an eye on the place. I am happy with Devon self storage. It is clean, well run, and it looks secure and safe. It was also nice and cool, I'm glad I rented a climate control space!”

“I had rented a unit yesterday and when I went to put stuff inside realized it was going to be way too small. I called and spoke with Ashley and she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me transfer to a larger unit in the fastest most economical manner. She is a definite asset to your time and has made my experience with Extra Space Storage a very positive one on only my second day dealing with y'all. Thank you Ms Ashley if only everyone was as competent as you.”

5230 West Vickery Boulevard, Fort Worth TX 76107
“Yet again, corporate tried to raise my rent even after I moved units and am paying market rate and not the web special ( a considerable difference by the way). Yet again Jacob saves the day, he goes out of his way to take care of us that rent here. He is helpful, thoughtful and keeps the place sparkling clean. It's like renting at a mom and pop place, he deserves a raise way more than someone sitting at a desk in your corporate office randomly increasing rates for some billionaire.”

“My experience was great! Right when I walked in I was kindly greeted by CharRoy and she was just a delight. Very friendly and knowledgeable of all the units available that fit my needs. She showed me a unit and took her time to make sure I was making the right choice. “I have utilized storage units for 25 years having lived and moved all over the world in the military. TMS is by far the nicest, most accommodating, and reliable storage facility I have ever rented from. The property is clean, efficient, well-planned, and secure. The staff is terrific, too, making it easy to give this place five stars. You are not dealing with a giant corporate storage company that only knows you by your unit number and payment. The staff are friendly folks who go above and beyond to assist you if you need it. You feel like a valued customer. I wish the access hours were a bit later, as I often prefer to be productive in the evening/early night to avoid the heat of the day. However, I understand why the hours are what they are. You can't beat the monthly price if you are looking for a quality storage facility to keep your stuff. I highly recommend TMS Storage.”

“Michelle is so nice and knowledgeable. I was really stressed and freaked out coming to the Public Storage office because I really need a storage unit for my things- my lease ending + not being able to get an apt by the time I need it, just put a lot of pressure on me. She made me feel secure in choosing this specific place. She even showed me the unit before I decided to bring all my things. Need more people like this in customer service!!”
