“Mia is AMAZING! In a business that unfortunately deals more with people in hard situations most places have very tired fed up Employees.
I've been using storage facilities for decades. As long as Mia is there I won't go anywhere else. Where she goes, I'll go.
If you think Customer service is a thing of the past? Come see her at Extra Space on Mandy, her attitude and work ethic have rubbed off on everyone.
I usually use storage for work but this time it was personal, during a very difficult time. Mia has been a HUGE help. She started the day before I called the first time and I didn't meet her in person until months later.

“We’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. It’s always very clean, well-maintained, and efficiently run. The staff has been helpful and the process has been smooth from day one. We like it so much that even after moving farther away, we still choose to keep our storage unit here—that says a lot.
One thing to keep in mind is that the contract is month-to-month, so prices can increase over time. As long as you’re aware of that, it’s a great place and we highly recommend it.”
“Needed to get a storage today. Looked around and was able to find a storage nearby. Extra Storage had the Book Online option on Google Maps that had a great online deal. I drove to the store and mentioned what storage size I wanted and was told the pricing with the online deal. I was able to get the unit that quick and easy with a small payment today.
Makayla helped me through the process and made it very seamless and easy. She had a great attitude amd demeanor. She was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. What customer service should be.

“I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience at this specific Extra Space!
Over the years, I have had units with multiple different storage companies, I’ve also stored at 2 other local Extra Space locations- this one on rosedale 76107 has been BY FAR the most convenient, clean, friendly, well managed & communicative storage spot! Hands down. The guy in the front office, Collin I think- has great contagious energy, always waves & usually asks about potential needs if he drives by in his golf cart.
What I really appreciate the most, and what truly sets this place apart is how clearly & considerably he communicates with me if there’s ever any potential payment issues. I’m extremely ADHD & his reminders are beyond helpful.
I tend to complicate questions & scenarios- he makes it simple.
I’ve met maybe 2 other people here also, they’re great as well… but you’re in luck if that guy is in the office.
I finally got a house & no longer need my unit here anymore, but if I ever need a unit again- I’m checking here first. Thanks for a solid 3 years ?”

Tonia gives excellent customer service each time we call or interact with her. She especially goes above and beyond for the seniors. Me (69yrs) mom Kartez (91yrs) she reminds us in advance of our monthly payment due date, to avoid a late fee. She does a periodic review of account to find any discounts or other ways to avoid the increasing storage fees. Tonia, you’re a jewel!? she’s an indispensable employee.”

“I have been with this storage company for a few years now. When the storm affected a unit were my unit was, they called me and informed me. I was out of town at the time, and they moved all of my belongings into another unit immediately!

“Rented a storage room for my son today at the store on Normandale in Fort Worth. Donna gave us exceptional service. She gave us all the details we needed to know and answered all our questions. She drove us in a golf cart to look at the room we were inquiring about and pointed our the different sizes of rooms as we drove by them at my request. She has a very pleasant personality and was easy to talk to. She is also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the storage facility. Very pleased with the service regarding our transaction.”

“I’ve been with extra space storage since 2021. They’ve always been great when dealing with any issues. I’ve never had a storage so nice and clean with great air flow… I have a unit in Hudson oaks as well as smaller one in Fort Worth off Vickery Boulevard. I went and spoke to Eric today about an issue I had. He quickly resolved it for me.
He was very professional and very nice. I highly recommend this particular location in Fort Worth off Vickery Boulevard.
As I was there I picked up some bubble wrap but I cked the prices at Lowe’s and Home Depot before hand theirs were twice the price… so that was a big plus too!!!”

“I received a notice in the mail that my monthly storage unit payment was increasing by almost $40 per month. I called Extra Space Storage stating a $40 increase per month was insane. I am a long term customer and have established auto payments, so no late payments. Extra Space Storage, specifically Shelby was professional and understanding. We discussed options and I am pleased with the outcome. I continue to pay my regular payments (no increase) and prepaid this amount for the next 6 months. If you get a letter about increases, make sure you call the company and ask for options. They will work with you.”

The staff is terrific, too, making it easy to give this place five stars. You are not dealing with a giant corporate storage company that only knows you by your unit number and payment. The staff are friendly folks who go above and beyond to assist you if you need it. You feel like a valued customer. I wish the access hours were a bit later, as I often prefer to be productive in the evening/early night to avoid the heat of the day. However, I understand why the hours are what they are. You can't beat the monthly price if you are looking for a quality storage facility to keep your stuff. I highly recommend TMS Storage.”
