Every time I come the pumps don’t work and you have to go inside where the cashier is working incredibly slow. There is always more than one person working the but the others are always just sitting on their phone. Corporate needs to get this handled.

Bad customer service from the moment u walk in, long lines and workers just standing around. Got in line worker looked annoyed and says her lines now closed like how if that’s ur job whatever then proceeds to help the next person after I got into the other line. Like lady if u hate ur job find a different place because ur in a populated area fix ur attitude.

Awful place went there to get gas. Cashiers are rude I tried to be nice and greet them rolled their eyes and literally threw my change back at me, now mind you I did not put my money on the counter, I put it in her hand cuz to me that's rude. They didn't even speak to me didn't acknowledge me standing there didn't ask me if I had a phone number, you could tell she did not want to be there. It's a shame really cuz every other Murphy's I've been to they're top notch. Not this one it was dirty. Stay away from this one

If I can give this place a 0 I will I do not recommend this place at all very rude and mean people and nicol the manger was very mean and rude they close at 10:00 pm I was there at 9:27 pm and she saying they are closed I wanna speak to big boss of this company this is very unprofessional business

Worse customer service ever . Called about a complaint on September 1 at 8:10PM and this rude and disrespectful lady answered.Saying she said she couldn’t do anything and that she didn’t cared . Hanged up on me twice , I was polite and asked nicely for her help and she just hanged up on me twice . Ya’ll need to get better with these workers and their disrespectful behavior towards customers. Never coming here .

Before going to this location I call and spoke to a gentleman I believe name Dave. First of all realize I was calling a very busy gas station/convenience store. This gentleman took my call and I was inquiring about a a brand of cigarette that my uncle smokes that he can no longer get in the store he can walk to. I called to ask if they carried this brand and the gentleman immediately said yes they did. I asked him for the price for a carton and he immediately figured out the total and quoted it to me which was a great savings. Above that, he asked me if I was a rewards member and I stated no I was not and did not know what that meant. He immediately explained that I could join the rewards membership when I came into the store and that would provide a discount additional to what he quoted me. About an hour later I arrived at the store and encountered a female that I did not get her name, who was also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I ask to purchase two cartons of of these Pall Mall Red 100s, as I also asked to join the membership rewards program. The very nice female attendant started the process as Dave walked up. I thanked him as well as her and told him that it was very kind of him to take the time to not only answer the phone which is rare these days, but to take his time to provide pricing and offer the reward program so that I could get a discount then and in the future. This exceeded my expectations and quite frankly shocked me because I don't receive this type of service anymore. I was in and out of the store unless then 5 minutes and that included my purchase and signing up for the membership. Kudos to these individuals and kudos to Murphy's for providing top notch service. I truly did not expect that red carpet treatment at such a fast paced establishment such as theirs. It was very much appreciated and trust me when I tell you that they rock at that location! I'm sure they do well at the other locations, but I can only comment on this one as it's the only one I have visited so far. Again kudos for all that you did for me today by taking my phone call and helping me when I arrived at your store. I will drive across town to purchase my gas there and my uncle cigarettes in the future, just because you are so awesome to deal with and it's worth the extra drive. Thank you and keep up the great work!!! ❣️ ❣️

By far the WORST Murphy's gas station ever. Slow and rude. Why does the cashier's hair cover his face????? This location does not represent your typical Murphy USA. Make this location your very last option!

12/19/23 one exceptional employee (Trey)worked by himself serving over 30 customers at one time. The lines were long and he worked it without a hitch. Smiling and being very courteous. Thanks for having employees like him.
