Honestly so upset with my experience. The nail tech Kim was rushing didn’t give even coats the lining was not even she was very lazy with her work. She didn’t clean up my cuticle either she also didn’t give me what I wanted the first time. The shaping was alright but you could tell she rushed it all by far worst nail shop experience I’ve had. I will say it was only $70 🤷♀️

I would leave no stars if I could! What a freaking joke! I came in on 7/14 and picked THEIR design they created in house. They could NOT replicate the design and did NOT fully cover my nails. My nails looked like they needed to be filled already and the sides were not fully covered. They scheduled me for 7/15 with a completely different person who was supposed to remove them and start completely over. She did not remove them, and when I said that right from the start, she responded with “we’re fixing it.” She STILL couldn’t replicate the color and she still didn’t get the sides filled, though she made it look less like I needed a filling. I wanted a NON dark base (which the in-house design was not a dark base), but still got a dark base. When I said something about the color, I was told it’s cause I have small nails. ??? I told them color has nothing to do with the length of my nails. She said SHE made the design but couldn’t remember how to do it. I mentioned my issues so many times and they couldn’t freaking fix them! I finally gave up and now have nails that look like an amateur did them because I can’t even trust they know how to properly remove them. I wish I had their 4.4 star rating experience but I got a less than one star experience! WASTE OF TIME!!! I should have gotten pictures of the first set for reference with this rating! Buyers beware! And YES, the cut on my left pinky is from them!! And for those who wonder, the color was called “black cat eye” and had a bright purple base with a royal bluish hue and silver magnet effect. There was no black to it, though the name says “black cat eye” for whatever reason.

I went to My Nails today to have a New set of Nails Put on. Kim was my technician. So Sweet and Friendly! I showed her a picture of the shape and length I wanted she followed it Perfectly! I have had nails done for years her set is the best I have ever had!?

I asked for the $55 dollar pedicure which is the most expensive option and the bill came out to be $75. Just a heads up it’s $20 for gel. They don’t advertise the price prior to payment. Also, there is a smoke shop and tattoo parlor next door that play really loud rock music and rap music. So, you will have a mixture of the music the entire experience.

If you’re new the area avoid this place, there plenty more in the area. There is only one woman in there that is good( I believe her name is Kim). The others have bad attitudes and rush you through your service. If she has “serenity” tattooed on her finger ask for someone else or go to another shop. She did an horrible job on a fill in and when I asked if she knew how to do designs she acted as if she didn’t understand. I will be taking my business else where, where they deserve a tip.

I asked the nail tech if they could change something on my nail because it looked off and the nail tech exploded with rage and was very loud, this made me feel uncomfortable and was not a professional response

Please don’t go here. Nail techs are not professional. I show the nail tech a picture of what I want. She completely gives me something off in color and shape. They don’t know how to do designs. Also, my pedicure tech left spots of nail polish around the side of my toes. First and last time at that place!!!

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Overpriced. Just for acrylic manicure is 60 bucks plus fees if you pay debit card. I guess walmart is better lol and other salon I went through, cheaper and does a good job as well. They usually charged me $50 even they have to removed the old acrylic on my nails. What is additional 10 dollars to me that's nothing but they're not consistent.
Also staff in this place are rude. They're speaking Vietnam Laos whatever I have no idea about their language. These people should have training speaking english on front of customers because they're certified cosmetologist.
I'm not going back in this place again.
I still gave my tip even I'm not happy with the service.

Omg!! Oh my God!! I worked a long shift this morning I only get one day a week off work i came in to get a nail removal and a new set was even ready for a pedicure because i love to treat myself and the person taking care of me . this is my 3rd time here first time was amazing the young girl took great care of me i went a month ago had an ok experience but today was the worst experience i've ever had at a nail salon I was disrespected and talked about. the lady who did my nails told me to not be picky and do not show photos of what i like done. then she insulted me telling me the lady who did my nails last time didn't want to do my nails again and the lady who was currently didn't want to do them either . she was talking about me in her language the entire time i was taken aback by how rude she was she insulted me while she was finishing up my nails because they are a low income salon and cant accommodate your needs they make you feel bad for wanting what you like ill never come back again this was the first time i didn't tip someone as I've been a server for 10 years do not come here they are rude and catty . definitely would have given 0 stars if possible prayers to the owners and the staff they need an attitude adjustment and classes on respecting your cliental

Stylist: She did pretty well with my nails but 0 professionalism

I have been going to My Nails for over three years now. I always feel so relaxed and enjoy getting a pedicure and my manicures here. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I am very picky with my manicure and the techs listen to me when I explain what I desire. They care about me and we have become friends.
