Unprofessional scammers if I could give them 0 stars I would . I paid in full for a truck and when it’s time to get the license plates they acted as if I financed it.? SHUT EM DOWN!

Have to say I didn’t think they would have done it to me. If you read my Pryor post from the first car, I bought from them absolutely ecstatic from doing business with them.! However now that I bought my second car from them and I’ve had the service engine light was on within seven days of purchasing , had been back three times where our schedules didn’t meet up for them to fix it and or they needed longer time to fix it. They didn’t have any loaner cars, which I understand, but I couldn’t afford to keep taking off work for this. I was on schedule Friday to 9/6/24 to bring in and pick it up Saturday 9/7/24 (again, thinking they were going to replace and fix the issue at their cost. )it Got moved to today, (9/9/24) for it to be done tomorrow.
Now all of a sudden they want me to pay for parts and labor when the issue has been on since I bought the vehicle.
Sad part is these people were very nice and I know some of them personally or on a personal level I would like to think. One of which I called a friend who was not there during the situation but now I’m gonna have to file the lawsuit for the simple fact that they didn’t wanna hold up to their part of the deal. It’s not like it was something small! My truck literally broke down in the parking lot in front of them and they say they fixed it but yet not even 10 days later the same problem is going on! Now here we are months later still the same same issue not being fixed. I called today to get the situation fixed after being scheduled two times last week for it to come in with no one telling me I was responsible for the cost.
I get it as is no warranty, but they said they would fix it because it happened and they were unaware of the “supposedly “ the owner one is who scheduled me to bring it tonight, but yet he wasn’t there. He’s a busy guy long story short I’m gonna have to sue for the simple fact that I have a vehicle that still is out and they want to do nothing about it. Their service manager Romero is a complete liar stating that he told me it was my responsibility but yet he wasn’t even there the last time I took my vehicle.
All I can say is never will I buy from these people again !I pray that the Lord continues to bless them, but I have learned my lesson in life as I know you reap what you sow.
No hard feeling towards Juan or crystal but 100% Shocked!!

I came today to get to see if I can be approve for a ford f350 Dually. And sefir my friend make it happen. I credit wasn’t the best. And collections also. But with a good down payment he make it happen and know I go back to San Angelo tx with my new 2018 ford f350 lariat
