I went in and ordered the wing special from the sign on the wall. 6 piece wing with rice and egg roll 6.95. Get home no rice or egg rolls and when I called to say I didn't get my rice and egg rolls I was told that I only paid for chicken; even though he pointed to the sign on the wall when I was making my order. I used to like this place but they lost my business

Skillman Wok in Lake Worth, a local culinary staple that's never steered me wrong throughout the years of indulging in its offerings. A decade or more back, this joint became my family's steadfast pilgrimage for the classic Americanized take on Chinese cuisine. Weekly rituals unfolded, and the flavors became the backdrop of countless memories around the dinner table. Fast forward to today, and while my visits might not be as frequent, the allure remains, as do the occasional cravings.Sure, there have been instances where a dish danced a bit too long on the wok and the meticulous touch faltered, yet that hasn't halted my cravings as I've tallied over a hundred encounters with this location by this stage of my life. It's not avant-garde or fancy; it's a taste journey through the Americanized renditions of Chinese staples scattered across the United States. Tradition takes a backseat, but taste typically takes center stage. This is the epitome of dependable Lake Worth dining – not a culinary revolution but a steadfast journey through familiar flavors. Skillman Wok's charm lies in its steadfastness, delivering comfort on a plate. The value of food to dollar ration proposition is remarkable, making it a sensible choice for a quick bite. Here's to countless more years of savoring the flavors that have woven themselves into the fabric of my home.Parking: Free parking is readily available directly outside the restaurant. Simply park, walk inside and grab your chow.

I ordered by telephone but couldn't understand the woman. When I got there they hadn't started my order. I ordered sesame chicken and it came with fried rice an egg roll and an order of sweet/sour chicken. The fried rice was just rice, no vegetables/egg at all like every Chinese restaurant has. I believe the sesame chicken and sweet/sour chicken came from a bag, not made on premises.
