From a 2 week schedual repair, I called to cancel service. The sells rep had a crew out the next day, The two man team had my service diagnosed and repaired in 2 minutes . Happy to still be with Nextlink.

The service gentlemen was so kind and generous to re-arrange our appointment while he was already on our property at my parents house opposite the driveway from my house, he walked us through every step of the process and explained exactly what happened we heard him communicating with his employer several times which means he wanted to make sure both houses were done properly and he respects authority as well as being a team player within your company. He was very quick, efficient, and safe! He helped my mom get everything back online at her house because she didn’t understand how and he explained to use how and we told him we could handle it!

Cameron was a polite young man who got right to work and stayed with it until it was finished. My internet was up and running in 45 or less minutes. I am very pleased with the service of NextLink.

Service tech Cameron arrived when he said he would and tackled a problem with our signal that has been worsening over the last year, especially last weekend. He worked efficiently and steadily and was always polite and cheerful. He's a keeper.

Had a great experience with Curtis for managing our installation and Jeremy S. as our technician! My original installation date had to be postponed because it was raining on the day of the appointment. NextLink had originally set the postponement at 2 weeks from the original date, but Curtis dispatched Jeremy out to our home just a few days later. Jeremy was punctual, communicative, polite, friendly, and very easy to work with. He went out of his way and schedule to attend our appointment and explain our internet capabilities. The original line installed by the builder was faulty, so Jeremy installed a new and more efficient line for us. I am very thankful for Jeremy's hard work and for Curtis's prompt and exceptional customer service!

JD was very professional and courteous to us and our weird, structured house. He was very informative with all aspects of the process and even did work in the rain. Very nice towards us even when the circumstances were interesting with the cable not being enough.

Installation was great. Ty Kennedy did a great job. I am getting good upload and download speeds
Friendly and professional service. Equipment is top notch. Arrived on time, and the whole installation took less than 2 hours. Ty was flexible on where I wanted the router placement.

We live in a remote area. When NextLink came to install, we were very satisfied. For the past month, the service has been horrible. The Internet will come on in 10 minute increments and then fail. Have had several techs come out and tell us that we’re getting a good signal, only for the tech to leave and internet is back to 10 minute increments. They never fail to get their money every month, however. As soon as I can find a better provider, I will. At this point I’m willing to try whoever because NextLink is trash. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Absolutely pathetic service. The download and upload is ever changing and most of the time is on the lowest end of what you pay for, but it will consistently drop to dial up speeds. Getting a technician to fix problems is always a 2-4 week waiting time. When they do schedule it the technician is consistently several hours late. This will be the last chance I give this company. Looking forward to a new service being installed this week.

Waited ten days for install. Not too bad, expected in rural areas maybe. Rain on the day of the install meant they couldn't install. Turns out- they have NO rain contingency plan- its back to the bottom of the list for an install. So now I am stuck waiting 3 more weeks. Attitude of the sales team was really that of "we dont need your business" and, maybe they don't. Just prepare yourself for extremely long install wait times

Go with a larger wifi company if available. We are constantly having problems with our wifi. Now no wifi for a week and no one can come out- right in prime football season! Too small and slow to respond to issues. Look elsewhere if you area offers it.
