I made a call to talk to my doctor about anxiety mets because I was trying to tough it out For 6 months After a recent hospital visit, they inform me that I need a different meds. I called politely ask when I could schedule an appointment. They set me over to another doctor assistant. And I told them my situation after a brief calm Conversation I was told to wait to speak to the doctor cause he was going on vacation.When I spoke to the doctor he was very rude. And had inform you that even though. I had him on speaker the whole time with my fiancé in the car that I demanded to speak with the doctor even though. I did not. I just wanted to reschedule an appointment so I could get the right medicine That I was told that I was very rude.I was told that I was very rude even though I was calm. Through the entire thing.Worst doctor experience I've ever had. And yet today I was informed that I needed to go to the doctor when I don't have any money so I could refill a prescription that I need today. And they never inform me ahead of time.Thank you so much for being a great service.I needed

Dr. H had been our dr. for 20 years and has never let us down. Receptionists and other nurses come and go but Tammy has always done her job with precision.

Appointment was at 10 am, it is now 11:30. We have been sitting in a room for an hour and a half with no word on when we will see the doctor. And this is just to go over lab results. Who has the time to sit for 2 hours in a doctor's office???

I went to try to establish myself here & was greeted with a snotty little girl that proceeded to tell me what they couldn’t do ( anxiety disorders, sleep problems etc) then said we don’t take walk ins & you have to take an in Home Covid test before we can see you. What has happened to patient care. Also there was absolutely no one in the waiting room. Thanks for NOTHING!!

Worst customer service I've encountered in the medical field. Dr. Kirbys assistant was unprofessional, disrespectful and frankly flat out rude. Her communication skills are beyond lacking. Also why speak to me about my own patient history without even reviewing my file. That tells me your unorganized and not prepared to discuss my records. If your relaying information for Dr. Kirby I would expect you to be respectful and informed about the situation. Better training is really needed if you expect to keep patients or gain any new ones in the future.

I am a new BCBSTX member. I was assigned a doctor here at N.T.F.P. for my PCP. Called to get an appointment scheduled for flu like symptoms. They could not see me, due to my symptoms. I completely understand not seeing me in person, due to my symptoms. Unfortunately, they also wouldn’t let me have a call with a teledoc, because I am a new member. From there they didn’t give me any medical advice or solutions to feeling any better or getting proper care. Instead they said schedule an appointment when I am healthy.

Just called needing an appt for my daughter, website says accepting new patients. Staff member asked for my daughter to take a covid test and if she was positive she could come in otherwise they aren't taking new patients. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING.

I just got a letter in the mail informing me that the office will no longer see me. I guess they took offense with me storming out of the office after waiting for more than 2 hours to see Dr. Haefeli just so we could go over lab results. It seems that every time I go there there’s an issue and extremely long wait time.

So I work out of town a lot and can’t really make appointments for myself because of that reason, so I asked a member of my family if they could call and schedule an appointment for me and this FAMILY doctors office told them they won’t let someone else in your immediate family schedule an appointment for you even if you can’t do it yourself. And this member of my family had all my insurance information to give them. Some FAMILY doctors office this is.

You set an appointment for 11, you'd expect to be in by 11:15 at the latest. It's currently 12:15. I asked at 12 what was going on because I need to be at work. She told me my appointment was scheduled at 11:30 and that they requested I be early at 11. First off, no. I agreed to an 11am appointment. They lied to me and scheduled the appointment differently. Next she tells me that she has no idea when they'll have a free room for me. She said it could be at least another hour until they'll have a room available. Do I really need to clock vacation PTO for an annual physical??? They can't even give me a courtesy call the day before to remind me. I had to contact them to verify my appointment time AT 11 AM. WHICH THEY CONFIRMED. 11AM.And when I do finally see the doctor, it's always for a maximum of about 5-10 minutes. What is happening.I've been using this office for years and consistently have to wait at least 1:30 over the time confirmed I my appointment. My entire family has stopped coming here, and I'm going to be looking for a new doctor after this. The doctors are competent but the office staff make your life a living hell; as if you have to prove how sick you are by spending the entire day sitting and dealing with their incompetent procedures.Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. You will thank me. It took literally two hours waiting to see the doctor for 8 minutes.

Been coming here to Dr. David Haefeli since I was born. He's a very kind and helpful doctor. Takes his time with you to give you the best service. He's very personable as well so you really feel like part of the family here. I've been seen by two other doctors here as well when he's on vacation and they've all been very kind and helpful.

Called for flu-like symptoms, they refused to see me until I took a covid test. Took the test and now they refused to see me until the first 6 of the flu is done.

I have been a patient here for several years. Dr Kirby is my doctor. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and and takes great care of me. The office staff has always been helpful and respectful.

Came into my appointment right on time I was scheduled for 4 o'clock with the 3:45 arrival made it at 3:45 on the dot filled out paperwork I was roomed 15 minutes later and sat there for an hour without seeing the doctor. I couldn't wait any longer what made matters worse was when I was trying to check out and have my payment voided the manager was talking down on the person who was trying to help me. She talked to her in a very demeaning way as if she was a child in front of other employees and in front of me as a patient. Other staff witnessed this and giggled. Demeaning people specially in front of patients is very unprofessional. This the main reason why I won't come, people need to be pulled aside and talked to versus being humiliated in front of others.

The wait is long, but it's worth it! They truly care about their patients and give you the attention you need. They take their time to listen to you.
