Shop in-store versus on-line. Sizes of the attire vary and the staff was extremely supportive. If I had ordered on-line I know i would have needed to return the on-line purchase. Thank you to the Hulen Mall store staff.

7/23/24 the lady who was working today is extremely rude and not very helpful with our custom order. You spoke to another customer while still helping us….. rude….
Drove to the Oakley Store in Parks Mall, Arlington. The Manager helped us and understood our situation.
I will never be going to this Oakley Store inside the Hulen Mall.

Had a pair of sunglasses separate from the frame. Went to Oakley to claim manufacturer defect lady told me I wasn’t Eligible since my product was more than 1 year old even though website says different. She said I should just glue them back together. I told her the website information and she kept saying there’s nothing they can do. I was pretty mad considering how expensive the pair are. Well I took my issue up with Oakley after sales and submitted service request and they were able to warranty my sunglasses and give me a new pair. The review is for the Hulen store. Their poor customer service. And ignorance on information could have prevented me from having my sunglasses warrantied. Avoid this store and just buy online at least the information on warranty replacement will be correct

The employee engagement with customers at Oakley stores is second to none. I have been to a few different stores, and have been very impressed every time. All Oakley employees have been extremely relational and easy to work with in my experience. I worked with Lee at the Benbrook location, and he was awesome.
