Kinda messy in fitting rooms but the young Hispanic kid was very helpful! Lime didn’t take too long. There was a girl the was kind of rude but overall wasn’t a horrible experience.

This place was horrible to shop in. Clothes EVERYWHERE all over the floors, can't even push a cart around.
It's so unorganized. Nothing in order from sizes. Clothes just thrown all over the place.

This store was an absolute disaster. I felt like I was in a TJ Maxx or thrift store. Sales aren’t worth it when it takes an hour to find one thing you like and then discover they don’t have it in your size.

This location is frequently a mess. Most times there is always someone new on the register that does not know anything and have to call for assistance, especially related to credit card purchases and returns. The “assistance”, looks as though they hate their job and that they’re called to the front. All other locations are out the way for me. I’m given reasons to close out my credit card with every visit and have been trying to hold on. Sick of it.

Lovely staff but the store was an absolute train wreck. It was seriously a hazard just to attempt to walk through the aisles.

Disgusting and disorganized. I haven’t walked into this store in a few years and walked in to shop for my daughter. Walked to the back and decided to turn right back around and leave. Clothes all over the floor, dirty, just piles of disarray everywhere and just complete garbage shopping. Another lady was in there shopping and expressed her frustration too and sat her stuff down and left too. Will never go back.

The store doesn’t present well, clothes and items on the floor. This location was my favorite location, sadly to say after today’s shopping trip I will never go here again. I am very disappointed in Old Navy. Side note, the employees don’t wear name tag. huh, is this a thing? How do I identify if you’re a worker or shopper?
