Called on Monday the 21st of October in order to get my service transferred to a new unit, but same complex. Lady on the other end said that my service was on hold (while I was using my computer on the internet to play a game online) I requested for someone to come out on the 25th to get me set up. No one showed up at all.
Called yesterday (October 28th) and talked to who I assume was the same lady. She said there was no order in the system for someone to come out and that again my service was on hold. I assured her it is not, since my lights are app controlled and work when the internet is on. I asked when the earliest someone could come out was. She said today. (October 29th) between 1p - 5p. I asked to be given a call before hand that they were coming out. I took a day off work and no one had shown up.
At 4:50pm I called and their greeting prompt said that they were closed for the day and then said they were open for phone calls till 5pm.
Why are you not taking phone calls at 4:50 and why has a tech not shown up??????????? I have never had a problem before, and it makes me want to cancel my service.
Please get your operations in order or find someone who can if that is to difficult for you.

They have been the worst ISP I've ever experienced. Boingo is a better service provider. Paying for internet that goes out daily is stupid. Glad I'm making the switch to a different company.

I canceled my service months ago (May) and verified with the representative over the phone multiple times that service would be discontinued when I moved out of my old apartment. I was also reassured that I did not need to take any further action other than returning my modem (which was was ridiculously difficult - I had to have a family member return it for me after trying to find the box for over an hour because I was leaving town the next day). But here I am, in September, still getting charged almost $120 a month!!
This service is a scam.

I have been a customer for over 22 years. This is the only provider in our area which is crazy since all around us is other providers. One Source not only keeps dropping services but keeps increasing costs. I have for cable and internet. The internet service is terrible and they keep dropping channels on cable but costs keep increasing. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. Their technical support is not technical support they take the ticket and “send it to the business office for review” they can not tell when you will get a call back but they sure expect their payment. If you can avoid this company stay clear horrible service and even worse customer service!

We had their spotty service for 10 + years only because not much else reached us. We received a notice saying they were closing their office and we have to find new service mind you this was a 3 weeks notice. We found new service and now the company is trying to bill us almost $300 for months that we didn’t have their service because we were told to find new service. When we called to get the billing problem fixed we were told we were told by a “manager” Allison that she was not fixing the bill we owed it and we still had their service. When we asked to talk to someone above her she told us there was no one above her she was the final word. Now when we call we sit on hold forever or get hung up on if they do answer. She asked us for proof of new service which we can provide but she won’t give us an email to provide it. If we could give no star I would.

We were able to speak to a nice lady named Connie who was a manger. She was polite and had no problem fixing the billing problem and we are now at a zero balance. Thank you Connie but Allison needs to be retrained.

I live in Boyd and had one source fiber. They sold out to a Terrible company called Fiber First!! They said my bill would stay the same and still receive great service. My bill went up by 22 dollars a month and the internet SUCKS!! THANK YOU, ONE SOURCE!!!

Thought they gave great service until I got a leter saying they were discontinuing service. Been a customer for 24 yrs and they drop you like a hot potato with no service and no other DSL company local that covers our area. Thanks for nothing. Wish I could rank them "zero"!

If you have any issues and you need to speak to a rep, be prepared to wait over an hour and then get hung up on by the person that answers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I closed out my service with them back in February and returned the router in March (have video evidence leaving it in the Dropbox). I keep getting invoices charging me for services.
Even when I was with them at my old apartment, they would double charge monthly even though I had paid the bill.
Terrible service. On hold for almost 1 hour now.

An internet company that doesn't have access to email confirmation emails of service cancelations or returned to equipment. Excuse me what!?! Customers beware
Update: I am no longer a customer and haven't been since March. I have credit on my account which I have been asking for my money back since April this is June and they still have not credited my card or sent me a check!

Internet goes down frequently and they keep going up on my bill after their one year promo. Not worth the $75 they charge.

We’ve been with OneSource for 20 years without issues. Sad to see they’ve de used to pull out of the ISP market. Thanks for the service thru the years.

I can see why they have 2.9 stars. They shouldn’t even have one to be honest. The laziest staff I’ve ever seen when trying to call in accomplish something. Pass the buck and blatantly spit in your face through a telephone.
