Again update (Do not choose One Source) I have had another provider for months now!Update 1-17-24 they are still sending collections) now by First Collection Service my ( lawyer will be notified soon) or I can simply write a review every month.Which I am doing now since 8-2023This company clearly is not a communications company I've called several times upon my account being suspended by One Source Communications I was told by the person that said she was in charge that I would NOT BE RECONNECTED YET I JUST RECEIVED MY NEXT BILL THEY'RE EQUIPMENT HAS ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!! THEY ARE SAYING I OWE $81.11cents OR I WILL BE SUSPENDED!!!Since One Source has no way to communicate and continues to send fraudulent letters to my address I will soon take legal action!!DO NOT USE ONE SOURCE !!!! There are other options.The letters are from One Source !!!How does this company say they COMMUNICATE?????

I have been charged for a modem I returned to their drop box. Could not resolve the issue. They kept putting me on hold. The bill was sent to collections slow internet. Bad customer service. Workers can’t keep their bills in order. Charge you fir things you should not be charged fire.

I have to have them as my internet provider. However , I just display a modem and router but it is always going down. Just 4-5 months ago they came and replaced my modem and router and today I woke up to no internet. The CSR was very nice but idk when this will be resolved. If you have options do not pick this one.

I paid my bill Dec 18, 2023 and get a notice in the mail on Jan 5, 2024 that my payment is past due. I have been on hold for 13+ minutes in the "que" and am caller #1 ....when someone finally answered my call they said payments are DUE on the 25th of each month. I told the person that Dec 25th was Christmas. She paused and said: "Well if we don't get payments by the 25th, it generates notices on the 27th". After reading all the negative reviews about this company, I hope the manager/owner looks into the complaints.

1 star was the lowest I could give.They were the first provider I used when I moved to the area in 2004. Simple and consistent service. After 13 years I switched because they did not offer the higher speeds and flexibility that other companies offered. I tried 2 other companies over a 4 year period and when they kept going up, I decided to look to see if One Source was offering higher speeds, which they were. I didn't hesitate to switch back. Quick and painless and only a few times where we had short outages.Fast forward to New Years eve. Service went down. I called tech support. They answered quickly but were unable to resolve and opened a ticket. I did not receive a call back on New Years Day, and called again. I told the tech that my wife works remote and is dependent on the service to do her job, and coming back from the holidays would add some additional urgency. Additional notes were added to the first ticket and I waited, no call back. I called again the next day, additional notes were added, again stressing the urgency. I also called the main number only to get a recording that said that they were closed due to the holiday (although this was the day after). Thankfully she was able to use hotspot on her phone, but she quickly ran out of high speed data due to video calls, and it slowed to a trickle. Still no call from One Source. I went by their office, just to speak to someone in case someone had forgotten to switch the message back, but I found out the building is gone.Day 4 near noon and still no call back.I get it, holidays mean people are out, but your customers need their service to work, and when it goes down, someone needs to be available to support outages. This is not retail! The fact that no one had not even called me back, even just to tell me they would get someone to troubleshoot, would be better than nothing.I have cancelled service, and at this point, I doubt I will ever consider going back.

PLEASE READYOU KNOW THE COMPANY IS TRASH WHEN THEY OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR “GOOD REVIEWS”The company itself gets a 1 because my internet goes out constantly,and the only resolution ive been given is to run speed tests. They charge crazy fees. I lost my last wfh job due to simply not being able to keep up in training due to constant outages throughout the day. Calls dropped, screens freezing, the internet does not connect to my tvs in the back of my apartment (i have a 2br 1 bath for size reference) and on top of that the price i paid my first year was a promotional price, with no warning it went up my second year and i also didn’t receive a bill, luckily i called and again The rep was great. She explained everything and offered a solution. My apartments only offer this company, so i will probably be getting a wifi box from T-Mobile soon. I wish i had a better experience and hope things can be made better because the company has potential ??♀️
