Very bad experience I needed to buy something and I was making a line 2 or 3 people arrived after me and went straight with "Gus" when I told him hey I have time waiting he told me I don't care who follows .. very rude the man maybe because I was a woman I don't know.. I just turned around and left..

Do not take a battery here to recharge. I took a new battery here and they marked it bad. Before hooking up my battery they wrote bad on a previous customers battery. My battery was doa when I walked it 5 miles to my car. It ran fine previous to that.

The whole place feels under-staffed. Theres always a long line with max 1 to two cashiers if youre lucky. Honestly I only come here, cause its the closest oreillys to me. The customer service or lack there of is horrible. The "parts professionals" (more like kids straight out of high school) are too busy gossiping and are not very knowledgeable about anything. I think I might take my business down main street from now on.

Horrible customer service. They have nothing but teenagers working there. Not helping , and just using profanity. While at the register the butch girl helping us was cursing up a storm giving her friends discounts.

Visit the River Oaks location or AutozoneNot a pro but through some tutorials, I can fix my own cars and you would think that applying at an auto parts store you know the basics and even processing returns but can't even get that right causing multiple trips for something that wasn't needed.This one is filled with tacuaches and just play around or just leaning on the counter like seriously, dont look lazy even though you sure look like it. Employees are at a job and supposed to act like it but instead think like they're at a truck meet or the pulga.Check out planet fitness too, they're cheap because you guys need it as well

Super loud music playing everytime I go there, workers having to scream just so u can hear them. Not to mention the cursing in the music, very unprofessional. Getting help is a joke, asked fir help yesterday looking for an item and manager said if I couldn't find it he couldn't help either. What are u being paid for? ZERO STARS if I could, went down to Auto Zone and got help with what I needed
