I am so upset! I go there for a warranty exchange. The assistant manager was no help. Refused to replace the parts until the Following Day I speak to the morning manager . Came to Forest hill O'Reilly's Manager was super Helpful. Exchanged Parts with no issues. I greatly appreciate there Help ! Unlike the Mansfield Hwy Store. I will not shop there again 😡!!!!!

That big guy with the mullet knows his stuff. Always gets me right. The whole team goes hard. Ill go to this O’Reillys over ANY AutoZone any day. One day i went in feeling sad and the whole team cheered me up and got me out of depression. These guys are like family now. From the manager to the drivers, they ALL are very generous and kind. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would!!
