Showed up to get plugs and wires for my 1980 c20. 350 engine. They had neither in store. How is that possible? Considering it's the most common engine on the planet.

I’m about a month late with this review, but wanted to say a huge Thank You to Tommy for his help with my battery last month!!! I ended up getting a new one elsewhere for cheaper, but he still went out of his way to help me!

My car battery was giving me some issues for the last two days. Walked in the day before Thanksgiving to see if I had any warranty. Clay stood at the counter when I walked in and did not acknowledge me. I walked up to him, and he stared down at his fingers and did not look up. He said, WHAT? His response took me back. I asked if he could check my account to see if I had a warranty on my battery. So, he asked for the year, make, and model of my vehicle. I asked if he could look up my account. He very aggressively stated can you give me the year, make, and model of your vehicle. I gave him the information. Right after that, he asked me for my phone number. He printed out a ticket, walked away from the counter, and very aggressively stated where is your car? He walked out to check my battery and said there was nothing I could do for you. I asked to speak to the manager. Gloria walked up, and she also had a bad attitude when I was trying to explain the issue. Realizing I would not get anywhere, I asked for the customer service information. She said it’s on the door. I was at the counter, and I asked if she could hand it to me. She stated it was on the door. I called the customer service line, and the experience worsened. I explained the issue I had with Clay and Gloria. They didn't even address the issue but offered to exchange the battery. I asked if I could escalate it, and they asked to take my information down and stated someone would get back to me. After I got off the phone with customer service, I got out of the car and my car won’t start. I took the battery back to the store 30 minutes later and was attended by a different person and she retested the battery and it indicated that it was bad. I have been a customer for over 30 years. It seems like these in-store experiences are getting worse.

LeeAnn is the BEST. She takes such good care of her customers. My husband was trying to figure out which trail light to order for my car. He said she was texting him with questions and answers. All I had to do was go by so she could take a look to make sure it was the right one and boom, I was able to order for a very reasonable price (my husband has a business discount). While I was there, by the way, there was another person patiently waiting with a battery to turn in from a friend's car he'd been working on. Since he wasn't replacing it and a credit couldn't be applied towards a new one, she gave him a gift card for the amount he would've gotten. He had been waiting specifically for LeeAnn who was taking care of something in the back when I got there.

Stopped in to buy a new pair of wiper blades. The customer service was fantastic. They gave me the right number for the blades for a Ford Transit and installed them for me. Would highly recommend this location.

Went in to have my battery tested, the workers were quick & very friendly. Showed me that my battery was & helped me select a new one. They installed it for me as well. Quick 15 minutes in and out. Thank you!

Gloria was extremely rude to us and didn't care for helping us find the correct blinker light for our car. We asked if they were in stock and she said "Should be." without helping us find them on the shelves so we struggled for about 5 minutes trying to find them, and she didn't even verify if they were the correct blinkers when we asked. She just simply shrugged her shoulders.

Been coming here for years. I still prefer this place to the AutoZone on N Tarrant. Always helpful people and never have they been out of anything I've needed. Smaller shop but seems to be well managed. That makes all the difference.
