Went to your store to get my battery checked and a lovely gentleman named Edwin helped me. He was very professional and kind and had me in and with a new battery and a little extra oil to boot!

Robert is an extremely rude employee . I had a customer call me over a head lamp that said none serviceable on y’all’s end but didn’t say it on my end at the dealership. Your employee said I didn’t know what I was talking about I guess cause I’m a woman. This is not how you run a business and it not how you talk in front of customers. Y’all should be ashamed of y’all’s self. You should really have a talk with Robert.

A zero if I could!!! I’ve never had an issue with O’Reilly but this location was the WORST today! Came in scared because my car has been acting up I had someone tell me what I can ask at the shop since I’m not a car girl! And they could help me! Went in and the tall guy with a beard elderly guy refused he was so rude crazy how I call my brothers to ask them if I had ask the right questions that he automatically starting saying the things my brothers were saying! It not that deep to look for the simple favor I was asking and then he just said “go to a mechanic” and left! BUT THANK YOU TO AUTOZONE FOR HEARING ME OUT AS USUAL should have started there but they listening and actually did ran a test on everything! NOT THAT HARD DUDE! TO DO! I get it I work in a super high demand job! But I got to do my job! my clients come first!!!!

I’ve been a regular at my local O’Reilly store, and it’s undeniably convenient. However, the customer service experience can be hit or miss. While some staff members are helpful, others seem less engaged. Despite this, the convenience factor keeps me coming back.

Went in bought some blinker lights got the wrong ones came back within 10 minutes and they wouldn’t refund/replace them cause I didn’t get a receipt. Nasty people just tryna take a girls money :/
