Osh kosh and Carter's are a joint clothing store. They have nice clothes with many items on sale. Sale prices are comparable to Target. Great clearance rack with incredible deals.

They have cute kids clothes and great doorbuster deals. I get emails and am able to save 15% to 25% off my purchases most times. The staff at this location could be a little more cheery and "offer assistance". One staff member passed me & didn't acknowledge me. I work service industry & its nice for customers to know you are "noticed".
