Very busy area but lots of variety as far as shopping and cuisine. Large parking lot so it’s not an issue finding somewhere to park and the strip of shops is a great to walk along.

The people are nice and the parking is good. Easy access. The dollar store is stocked and the harbor freight has all of the shelves full.

We love the Overton Park Shopping Center because it has so many great stores. Some of our favorite stores are LA Madilene, Kirklands, Famous Footwear, Home Goods, Sprouts, and Home Depot.

From Overton Park Plaza
Overton Park Plaza is arguably the busiest shopping center in the area, given the number of top retailers therein, such as Sprouts, Burlington, HomeGoods, T.J.Maxx, PetSmart, buybuy BABY, and Party City, in addition to the shadow-anchor, The Home Depot. The Dick's Sporting Goods that will soon be added to the lineup will help secure this claim. Being located where the SW Loop, Hwy 183, and Interstate 20 all cross paths, as well as the close proximity to Hulen Mall and Texas Christian University, helps ensure this center has consistently high traffic counts.
