Very unhappy. They trick customer into purchasing Final items without telling you, so then no exchange or refunds are issue. They tell you buy one and other and half price but its only on the cheapest items. That is what FALSE advertisement is all about.

I just bought my first ever Pandora bracelet and although I love it, I hate that it’s so hard to open. If you have your nails done you can kiss them goodbye every time you have to open the clasp.

Took the day off to take my daughter shopping for her sweet 16th! It was a clean well organized shop. The staff are friendly and helpful. We ended up with a cute ring for 50%off! That’s worth a day off.

I've been a long time customer with Pandora for years completing 3 bracelets for my wife for the last ten. Since moving the the Ft Worth area 2 years ago this store has been my go to. Not anymore.A bracelet I purchased for my wife broke, the clasp would no longer close. I returned to the store thinking no problem, they would be able to do something for us. The solution I was given by the manager was, "sorry your one year warranty expired 2 weeks ago. Maybe the main store can assist you, we're a franchise at this location." Seriously, this is the level of customer service you offer because you're a franchise? You just lost a customer. I will gladly go the extra mile to get better service.

I called this store the day before, because it is a two hour drive for me. I told them I had purchased some Pandora jewelry from another store, in another state, and I asked if they would accept a return. The lady on the phone said of course. I mentioned all my local stores wouldn't or couldn't take it back. I arrived today and waited an hour, I waited patiently and chatted with the employee taking names at the door. During this time, Iwatched two employees, one come in for a couple mins and help one customer out, then they both left while others were still in the store. I am finally called and told the young lady what I needed to do she told me she had to ask her manager if she could take it back. She said she had to call her. I told her, before she walked away, that I came yesterday and was told they would accept it, but I understand that she needed to talk to her supervisor. She came back and told me that they couldn't take it back because they were not a stand alone Pandora store, but a franchise. I knew it was useless to plead my case because she was not high in the food chain. Now i have a two hour ride back. The only reason why I have this store a two star was because of Jerome, the guy by the door taking names for the waiting list.They did give me the number to corporate and I called on my way out, only to wait for twenty minutes, talk to someone for three mins, transfer me, only to get a voice message of their business hours which were 8:30-7:30 eastern time, then a hang up. THEY SHOULD HAVE STILL BEEN THERE!

Went in for a pickup order, most pleasant visit for my first time.Caitlyn was very helpful!I believe her name was Ashlynn (I didn’t quite get her name before I left) but she was amazing! As I waited my turn, I observed that she was very very helpful to everyone person she came in contact with !First time here and I will definitely be returning and also recommending Pandora to friends. Such beautiful jewelry pieces!

My husband and me were looking for a ring for me for our 27th wedding anniversary. I found one on the Pandora website so I called to see if they had it in the store. Ariel looked it up and said that they did and held it for me. She wasvery helpful over the phone and in the store. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I went into this particular pandora jewelry store initially to get my mother in laws bracelet cleaned and repaired - as the slider was causing her to lose her bracelet and she was afraid for it to fall off. The employee that helped me (I cannot remember her name!) was absolutely wonderful and informed me that the bracelet was still under warranty and replaced it as well as did such an amazing job cleaning the charms that I brought in that were tarnished from lack of wear. She also explained tips to keep the the bracelet in its best shape - and recommended we buy another clip to help from putting too much pressure on the bracelet (as well as removing some of our charms). I was so impressed with her that I ended up buying 3 charms for another bracelet and she made sure to inform me they had a Mothers Day promotion coming soon. I was so thoroughly impressed with all the staff - who worked together efficiently to help each other get myself and others in and out! The store was also fantastically clean - I felt so bad that my toddler who I brought along with touched some of the glass! Thank you all so much again.

The enamel fell off 2 previously purchased charms. I bought them into the store because they were still under warranty. They refused to address the problem and said this is "normal wear and tear" (I've only worn the bracelet a handful of times). I called corporate in disbelief that they would stand by such a faulty product and corporate said that the charms were in-fact covered by the warranty, and will be issuing replacements.
