They put my toppings on horribly, there was basically nothing on most slices, the cashier was nice but whoever made the pizza did a bad job, the toppings were all on each other and on one slice never

Wow, this crew of roughly 10 people did not have continuity. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bowls. They didn't bother cutting the vegetables and sausage for the bowl, just threw them in roughly the size of my fist. Not bite size at all and very little cheese on top. I understand that times get busy, but your store should be staffed for these times. Then I waited for 40 minutes after the app said that my order was done. People walking out in front of me. It was terrible. I feel bad for them, but you are in the customer service career and that should be your focus. Make sure to put all hands on deck. I wish them better for their next big occasion/day like Super Bowl.

DO NOT EAT HERE. THIS IS THE WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER. I ORDERED TWO LARGE PIZZAS AND FOUND HAIR IN IT. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND WAS PASSED AROUND BEFORE SPEAKING WITH HIM. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THE ONLY THING HE COULD DO IS REMAKE THE PIZZA AND THEN LIED ABOUT EVERYONE WEARING HAIR NETS. I SAW NOBODY WEARING HAIR NETS OR GLOVES. IF I COULD POST THE PICTURES I WOULD.

This papa Johns is terrible. The pizza looked disgusting and so disorganized. I asked for extra peppers…the workers literally stuck their whole BARE hand into the pepper jar (2 workers). No gloves. Just bare hands. I won’t be going back here.

Ordered last time was all bread and toppings in tiny circle in middle. Management said reimburse...never came. Tried them again today was like eating leathery day old pizza with bubbles all over. Never again! The absolute worst pizza TWICE I ever had. $32 of garbage.

Best pizza place ever. The employees are amazing and the food was quick and very delicious! I would recommend anyone who loves pizza to get some!

I placed a order on the app and realized it wasn’t close to home it was a 30 minute drive, instead of trying to help me by keeping the order warm or offering to remake the order, they were rude and couldn’t guarantee fresh food. Customer service would have meant trying to make the customer happy when they spent 50.00 on food and they were undeniably kind to you. Every time I deal with this location there is a lack or respect for customers.

The employees were really nice and helpful. Had problems with the app.and the lady there went ahead and put the order in for me. The pizza actually had pepperoni on each slice the way a pizza should be made, not just 2 or 3 pieces per slice. The place was really clean ? The cleanest I've seen, and they seemed to be pretty busy.

Picked up a pizza today. It was sad looking. All the toppings were in a pile in the very center of the pie. The "waitron" server said they had no red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, salt, or pepper. When I asked why the pizza was so sad looking, he just stared at me like a dead whale. SO... if you don't care about pizza this is the place for you. (Otherwise, I recommend MAMA'S PIZZA... they have great pizza!)
