I ordered from the E Berry location and it was Trash there was no sauce on the pizza it wasn't fresh the cinnamon treats sucked never will I pay $35.00 again for this !!!

After several attempts with the new operating order system and with their new delivery service, I will not be ordering any more pizza from my local store. When placing an order, I receive a total price and estimated delivery time, and every time there has been a problem. My most recent order, I was told my order was complete and paid with card, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I called the store and the manager said my order never went through. Even though my card was charged and I had received an estimated delivery time. I am totally blind and always let them know. On my previous orders, I have left notes with the operator to have delivery driver knock on the door. But instead, they just left the order on the porch without me knowing about it. At that time my order was outside for over an hour and a half. So, at this point, I have tried several times to understand and sympathize with the location... now I just won't order from them anymore.

Order before 9 they lock the doors for security and pretend they don't see you standing at the front door till you call and have the manager open the door.

I want to thank all team members which made the event at Trinity Metro a success today. The pizzas were delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. I was very anxious at first because the event had to be a hit. I really appreciate the whole process from start to finish.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE LOCATION! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR $44 WHEN THE DRIVER ARRIVED HALF MY ORDER WAS MISSING! I ASKED HIM WHERE IS MY ORDER HE SAID I DON’T KNOW CALL THE STORE! I SPOKE TO JERMEY WHO TRANSFERRED ME TO PETE WHO WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL BUT TOLD ME NICK THE STORE MANAGER WILL CALL BACK. I DECIDED TO CALL BACK AND REQUESTED TO SPEAK BACK TO PETE BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO SETTLE FOR GETTING THE ORDER RESENT. THE OTHER STORE MANAGER JERMEY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND WAS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! ACCUSED ME OF JUST WANTING A REFUND WHEN I PAID FOR ITEMS AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS! I WILL NOT GIVE ANYONE FREE MONEY IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS! HE MADE ME SO ANGRY MY BLOOD PRESSURE WENT UP! MY ENTIRE NIGHT IS RUINED FROM ARGUING WITH A PERSON THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MANAGER! EVERYONE IN THERE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!!!THEN JERMEY TELLS ME IM GOING REQUEST A REFUND BUT IM GOING TO REQUEST NOT TO DELIVER TO YOUR HOME EVER AGAIN THEN HANGS UP! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! I HAVE IT ON CAMERA THAT YOUR DELIVERY GUY DID NOT PROVIDE MY FULL ORDER AND WHEN I ASKED HIM HE TOLD ME CALL THE STORE , THEN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A 35MIN WAIT FOR THE ITEMS TO GET RESENT OUT SO I GAVE THEM THE OPTION OF REFUNDING ME WHAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. Again the entire interaction is ON CAMERA! With that being said I’m filing a report through my credit card company and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION EVER AGAIN! LOST A CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE THATS HOW ANGRY I AM!!!!!

They honored their promise and made it right: Ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day to be delivered. When it arrived there was a sizeable gash in the pizza where the toppings had slid off. I called the number and pushed the button to speak to a manager. I was told call back later and they would take care of it and get me a new pizza. I called just over a week later to get the second pizza and realized that I hadn't talked to the manager the first time and I neglected to get the name of who I spoke to. Nate, the manager, knew the order and even though I didn't have the name and he hadn't heard of my issue until well over a week later was willing to honor the promise and make it right. Second pizza turned out great.

Not a great area but the manager is pretty cool. I am in there a lot (Dasher) and every time he is on point and courteous.
