Took my Range Rover here and will take any other luxury vehicle I own here for body work. They were able to give me an online estimate that proved to be very accurate and I had a successful experience. They were able to give me updates online and keep me well informed.

If you have a Mercedes with body damage, this is the place to take it. Had a dent in my hood after a bolt nailed it while coming home from work. They replaced the hood, painted it, and transferred all the original stickers from the old hood and onto the new one. My car is finally back to normal.Service: Body & Trim

UPDATE - Eric reached out and promised to replace the windshield. 6 months later and one excuse after another still no windshield. Nissan in Granbury has tried reaching out to Eric because they can get a windshield with no issues, but no response after repeated calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE3 week repair from a rear end accident turned into 3 months. Went to pick up the car on 4/21/22 and the windshield was cracked that wasn’t there when we dropped the car off. Sad that you can’t even trust even a reputable dealership.

****DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!****I am so fed up with this place!!! I had an auto incident , ran in a huge pot hole at night and took my car here. The incident happened 7/4/2021 and car wasn’t repaired until 3 months later. The car was not repaired correctly! They robbed my insurance company for almost $7k and my car is still not fixed! I called today because they was supposed to replace my tire and other things and another shop had to fix it however the tire they replaced which are run flats is now peeling!!! A new tire? I callBack to ask if this tire has a warranty and they said it doesn’t. So they put a used tire on my car?????!!! I’m so frustrated and they don’t care or will not try to accommodate you. I’ve spent almost $10,000 of my own money on repair’s with Park Place Dealership only to get treated this way!!!!Services: Body & Trim

Friendly staff, unfortunately they couldn't work with my insurance companies guidelines for repairs. I ended up using a different shop to replace my roof.

I have used Bodywerks in the past numerous times to repair my Mercedes and my husband's Mercedes. They have been nothing but professional and the job was done very well. The personnel has always been very knowledgable and extremely helpful.I recently was hit and my beautiful E400 was totaled. Steve Blackwell and the team at Bodywerks worked through the very stressful process with me. Steve communicated quickly and effectively with an irrational and unresponsive insurance company to make sure my car was evaluated fairly. For that alone I am so appreciative!Park Place BodyWerks also generously reimbursed me when the perpetrator's insurance company (Liberty Mutual) unjustly took funds away from the actual cash value of my car. Terrific experience - both vehicle repair and customer service!I had the privilege of working with Steven Blackwell on my insurance claim after my 2016 C300 hit a large pothole on I-35 and needed a rack and pinion replacement. My (then) auto insurance company, Elephant, made me jump through hoops to get a simple claim approved. After two flat out denials to cover the $4,000 tab, I was persistent on them paying my claim knowing with 40,000 miles and very gentle driving there was no way the part was worn out. Steven worked with me and made sure the insurance company had every bit of information they could possibly ever need to make them see what was obvious to everyone but them. I would not hesitate to recommend BodyWerks to anyone that wants their luxury auto treated with TLC and the exceptional customer service that you expect from Park Place.Service: Steering/Suspension

I highly recommend PARK PLACE BODY WERKS ! Nick Deluca was my technician. Having a car accident is traumatic enough, and then you have to deal with THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I appreciated Mr Deluca’s honesty, professionalism and patience in helping me negotiate with ALLSTATE........they could learn a thing or two from BODY WERKS.I was kept informed almost daily, not to mention his time spent on conference calls w/ALLSTATE advocating on my behalf. Accident occurred 2/4/2021. Today is April 1st, and I still don’t have my car (not Nick’s fault) as I was forced by ALLSTATE to take my ML320 to one of their “preferred vendors” to repair remaining damage at a cheaper price. My car looks beautiful as to the work he was able to complete, only wish I could afford for BODY WERKS to have completed the remaining damage on the undercarriage.If you value excellent workmanship and integrity CALL THIS COMPANY and request NICK DELUCA!!!!!Services: Steering/Suspension

I took my Smart Car here, following an accident in mid-December. Despite insurance shenanigans that didn't see my claim resolving until the end of February, my service advisor, Nick, was on the ball with updates and cool professionalism from start to finish. We can't thank him enough for being so awesome during such an unexpectedly stressful time.
