Came in here for a Scavenger Hunt for a business trip and wow... both the employees and manager were very helpful, nice, and cheerful, and the aesthetic was very soothing and relaxed. There were some great finds and clothing options we saw, and if we had more time outside the scavenger hunt, I'd have purchased a thing or two (or three, haha).

I had the best shopping experience at The Parts Unknown. I was visiting Forth Worth for a business conference last week. I wanted to experience the local food and culture. The waitress at Risckey’s BBQ recommended I walk over to this little boutique. I wasn’t disappointed, Cindy was a lovely lady. She helped me put together the perfect outfit for my evening. I bought the prettiest boots, hats and turquoise accessories. If you’re in Fort Worth go visit Cindy. I fell in love with this shop and the friendly folks in Fort Worth. I will forever be a cowgirl at heart.

Great selection of quality men’s and women’s clothing brands conveniently located in Downtown Ft Worth. The customer service was EXCELLENT. Not only did they sell me two casual shirts, they also gave me guidance and wipes to remove the stain on a dress shirt I had not noticed when packing for my trip. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Grey haired employee needs some training. Rude. Was planning to exchange for another size but her rudeness changed my mind. Opted for a refund. Shocked at the rudeness.

I'm from West Plains, MO and everytime I visit Ft. Worth, I have to visit this store. It's one of my favorite places to shop and the employees are absolutely fabulous. Cindy helped me today, and she was great.

Absolutely stellar location, I can't express how kind and helpful the staff are here. I flew in to Dallas to attend a wedding and left some important dressware back home, I'm a veteran myself and my wife is still on active duty, the shop was understanding that I was short on time and were incredibly accommodating in helping me find and take home what I needed.I just wish I had more time to browse the rest of what they offer, either way I will be back and I highly recommend taking the time to experience this location yourself.

The clothing is great quality, the store is quaint, the prices are fair, and the management stalks you the entire time. Employees ask if you are finding everything ok before your eyes can adjust, they pressure you, and the false sincerity drips from their fake smiles. Go for the merchandise, but definitely tell them you are finding everything ok. Otherwise they will hover over you telling you what they had for dinner, and how they own everything you pick up.
