This place is incredible! Quality work and outstanding customer service! We were sideswiped and they fixed our door in a matter of minutes without charging us! I'm so happy places like this still exist! Highly recommend!

Tony and Heath are the greatest guys I have ever worked with. Each of these gentlemen have over a decade of experience and it shows in their craftsmanship!
They are so kind and professional and very knowledgeable about their craft.
They understood my needs and found a way to quickly deliver and even went above and beyond my expectations.
I came in with some minor scratches on my paint that could be quickly fixed and they made sure to do so despite their busy schedule and work load.
They were kind and welcoming and also happy to hear my concerns while delivering results within 20 minutes, yes I came to this location with my needs and had my issue fixed in 20 minutes! To be fair I did not have major damage or issues such as bent body panels but the minor scratches posed as a quick fix they managed to fit in their busy schedule.
I sincerely appreciate them and want to strongly encourage people to support this local business, they care about us as a community and our need and don’t see us as a number and know we need our vehicles back for our work and family needs.
Tony and Heath have been excellent gentleman and truly know this craft and have a strong respectable sense of pride for this work.
I will always return here!

I would have given Paul’s Collision & Repair 5 stars; however, I don’t understand who hired “Tony” and who actually believes this individual has any sort of understanding of customer service. He is short and rude when he is speaking to you on the phone and in person. I addressed it with him multiple times on the off chance that maybe he having a bad day - it didn’t take. He simply said “I don’t mean to” and has a “not my problem” attitude.
It’s a shame because they do really good work. I brought my car for repairs because I spoke and met with Allen initially. Great guy. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Just like the rest of their staff. Had I spoken to “Tony” initially, I would’ve moved on and taken my business elsewhere. I could see folks going somewhere else after speaking to Tony. I would have.
