Pearle Vision is the only place I go for eye care and eye glasses. The staff is exceptional, attentive and kind. Ms. Polina is amazing, she help me find all of my eye glasses which I receive so many compliments on. Ms. Polina and the staff makes me feel like family and a place i can call home for eyewear. I would recommend this location over n over. They are amazing with helping you find the perfect pair of glasses at a reasonable price just for you!

I very rarely leave comments about places, but in this case I have to because the attention was extreme. I have been visiting this site for years and the Doctor is very professional and patient. Rarely do you find so much professionalism, so much kindness and so much desire to help. The technician who helped us was incredibly helpful, patient, and finding solutions so we left satisfied. Very happy with all the employees there.

The doctor was great, BUT I didn't like the glasses service I received here, I went in for an exam and I ordered my glasses and after 28 days I called to follow up on my glasses they told me they been there for 3weeks waiting on me. I was told they called but for some reason when I asked her the number she called it wasn't my number. I purchased designer glasses and didn't get a box, so when I went in to get my glasses adjusted and asked for a box and was told I should have gotten one when I got my glasses. I didn't and she didn't give me one. My overall experience was horrible, so I know now that my next eye exam will not be here.

I recently moved from Ukraine, and lost my glasses during this long travels. My friends in Russian speaking community recommended these people. They were very attentive and helpful. And they speak my language. They help me to get new prescription, and made my new glasses the same day. And the best part of all it was very affordable.

Love Dr Knowles !!! I have been going here for 10 + years. I would not go any where else. My family see Dr Knowles. We love him. The receptionist have come and gone over the years. Some good some not. The one they have now is good. . The eyeglasses side is usually nice but sometimes can be rude. But i love the doctor and won't go anywhere else !!

Such an amazing place. It is now my primary office and I will not go anywhere else (unless I am out of state). Chelsea works the office and was so kind, smart, clever, and beautiful. She really makes the place feel alive and wonderful. All the while treating each and every person as a respected client.

Dr Knowles been our family eye doctor for decades. My parents, myself and my kids. He's very patient and very kind. Everyone in the office is nice. I love this office and recommend it to anyone.

I reached out to the doctor’s office today to determine if it has been 2 years since my last eye exam. (for insurance purposes) The receptions were short with me and when I informed her that I would bring it up to the doctor she became sarcastic. Not feeling good about returning to this office.
