Fast, honest, smart. What more could a customer ask for. I appreciate the fact that I can drop my truck off first thing in the morning and go about my day not having to worry about whether it is being taken care of or not. I get updates along the way, emails, and text messages. Great communicators. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Had a wheel alignment done 3/8/25 @ Pep boys. I was charged a (junk) shop fee of 9.99 for misc supplies. It’s a way to nickel and dime the customer. No supplies were used for an alignment. Just the mechanic’s personal tools. I know. I’m a mechanic…I just don’t have an alignment rack at home otherwise I’d do it myself.

The store manager was extremely helpful while his timeframe may be a little off, I had left them the car. I left the shop so they can complete the work. I had to go back a second day to get all the work finished due to a mishap. I will say that one of the employees there was very unthoughtful and actually quite rude. I do not want to put his name on this posting but like they say one bad Apple can spoil the whole bunch. Not sure if I will be going back to that location again.

EARL is God send! I stopped going to Pep Boys for YEARS due to lack of customer attention. Stopped and met with Earl and found him professional and patient with me. I gave him a chance to earn back my business and not go to Firestone anymore. Repair done timely. Will be back!!

The service was exceptional. I arrived at my appointment time and my automobile was serviced as soon as I arrived. This is the best service that I have received at this store in many years. (I have been coming to this PeP boys for more than 15 years) Matthew, the asst. manager is very pleasant and customer oriented. Try this Pep Boys!! Jeff (my tech) was very professional and efficient.

Went in shortly after 9 am. Was told about 1.5 hours for 2 tires. No problem. 11 am was told I was next. 12 pm I asked how much longer? I was told that I was next and they couldn't tell me how much longer. Asked for my keys back as I can't wait all day. Took another 10 minutes before he drove the truck out, busting his chain at the garage door because he was mad (for him taking so long?), left the truck door open and stormed off. If they would have communicated at the beginning, it wouldn't have been a problem. Don't lie to me and more than double the time you tell me and then get mad when I want my vehicle back.

Took around 2 hours on a Saturday to get all 4 of my tires installed. I expected at least an hour, but 2 hours is acceptable.

I had an exceptional experience at Pep Boys thanks to the outstanding team. Earl in the front office provided excellent customer service, putting my mind at ease and assuring me that my vehicle would be well taken care of. I always assumed I needed to take my Range Rover to the dealership for quality service, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Jose, the technician who serviced my vehicle, did a phenomenal job—my car runs so much better now!

Outstanding staff and excellent service!👍💯Well update, I had a second alternator put on my SUV. It went out in less than 3 weeks and I was told no more warranty. I bought a new battery from them too. The voltage kept dropping so the alternator was bad from the get go. I am so frustrated but I won’t go back for sure
