Smita was so gentle and sweet!I come here all the time, and trust everyone that works here! I’ve been coming for 2 years now. Smita permed my eyebrows for the first time and i couldn’t recommend her enough! GREAT job! Love love love.

I have been going here to get my eyebrows done for around 5 years now they are the only place that does them how I want. the only time I have had is is when I was struggling with stress breakouts and i decided to get them waxed, my mistake. all of that to say I love this place the service is good and I may have favorites but all of the ladies are so kind!

Left my review on that Shatha at Perfect Color and Brows. After leaving my review she blocked me will start with the positive....... SHE IS ASTRONOMICALLY FAST! Even though she cut bangs on my curly headed daughter And my daughter and I were still pleased with her work ..... now her customer service and irrational behavior towards a simple miscommunication was utterly disgusting and distasteful especially for a new client who is not used to her ways or expectations. Only takes cash So I was referred to Shatha by a friend. I went and got my eye brows tinted from her on a Tuesday. I asked her how much my hair would cost to get it straightened . She told me 40$. I was very shocked because I have a ton of hair , I am half black and half white. So I made an appointment for that Saturday. I was gonna try and give her a chance but I generally only go to women or color for my type of hair ( now I know why ). Saturday rolls around and I remember that I have a strong workout coming up so I didn't want to sweat my hair out , instead of canceling I decided to just take my 11 year old to her. My 11 year old has a lot of hair but I have way more hair than her. Now apparently I should have told her I'm gonna bring my daughter instead of me so I don't have to cancel her appointment. This appointment was on a Saturday morning so I didn't want to piss her off by canceling and leaving her with an open space and no head to fill. I take my daughter in and go to the store around the corner. Now here is this ..... she texted me saying the price will be increased from 40$-70$. I said I expected that yes..... my entire life hair stylist will look at my hair and low ball the price then when it is blown out and dried they ALWAYS increase the price. I am used to this ... so I politely said yes that's fine I figured this much with a "lol". I then received a call from her son saying she was ready .... This is amazing because our hair usually takes at minimum 3 hours to straighten. So I asked was it styled ... like bounce at the ends ? That's when he gave the phone to his mom Shatha , she was upset and I didn't understand why she was this upset or maybe because of her accent I thought she was upset? she hung up on me, I called her back immediately. I told her I was around the corner and on the way. When I got there my daughters hair was done to perfection but the owner Ms. Shatha was displaying attitude in her face and making disrespectful comments in front of my daughter. I asked her why she would be acting this way when I already said I would pay her what she asked. I HAVE THE MONEY! She said I was trying to get over on her and I was being dishonest by bringing my daughter in instead of me because in her words " AMERICAN HAIR IS ALWAYS CHEAPER THAN AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR! YOU DONT HAVE AFRICAN HAIR!" She never took my hair out of the bun to see my hair texture and length! First of all! My hair is mixed African American! I have twice as much hair as my daughter very curly ! So if I was in your chair instead of my daughter you would still have charged me more and I would have happily paid that! I told her I was sorry if my daughter taking this appointment instead of me upset her , that maybe I should have mentioned that when we make the appointment or anytime after. I owned that break down in communication. But her disrespect to me over something so trivial in front of my daughter and costumers was unnecessary because I still happily paid the price increase! She has the nerve to tell me I wasn't black and didn't have a lot of hair like my daughter! So we are arguing for 5 minutes about this. And I cannot understand why someone would treat a new client who agreed to pay this way! She was treating me like I stole from her !! Debit card and cash in hand as she disrespects me! This has got to be the worst hair salon experience I have ever had. And absolutely uncalled for. I am will go back to my black stylist because this woman clearly has no eye for different textures. Don't recommend this place at all! The lady with Brown hair is so aggressive waxing eyebrows and threading!!! She took off some skin off my eyebrows and had an excuse of my eyebrows of being too "THICK" that she mess them up taking the arch of my eyebrows off! Very unprofessional here!

First time here. Absolutely not good. Most i've ever been charged for brows for them to look awful. They didn't even clean everything, there's no arch, and they don't talk to you or ask what you want or anything. I would def go somewhere else
