Miss KIDD failed to say that AAA wrecker parked her car in front of my bay doors. Blocking them & the wrecker driver locked the car up & didn't leave the keys anywhere for us & then it took her 3 or 4 days to track down the AAA wrecker to find her keys & then she authorized us to remove valve cover for inspection & it had jumped timing due to her having no oil in the motor for the timing chain tensioner to work & then refused the repair & she said not to put back together because she was getting rid of it....So there it the true story...Anybody who knows me know I don't do business like she said. I haven't been here for 35 years operating like she said.... I have very great customer's. Really sorry she feels the way she does....

Worst experience ever dealing with an auto shop.Mechanic took our car apart and didn’t bother putting back together. AAA towed our car to the shop because it wouldn’t start he supposedly parked it in the wrong spot so they asked us to call them again to move ithe car Across the parking lot. They could have moved it. Charges us &135 and a credit card fee to give us back the car in pieces. Owner bad mouthed triple AAA threatening to call his tow truck driver if we didn’t get it moved and then expected us to do business with him. Mechanic down the street charged $30 to fix what they took apart and left in pieces. Don’t use Performance Auto worst customer service and they will take you for what they can!!

My vehicle had really weird symptoms and I'm tight on money. Cecil was amazing! I had a diagnosis within a couple hours. He drove me home and kept my vehicle overnight. It was done by early afternoon the next day. He came and picked me up in my car and I drove him back to the shop. Very fair pricing! Less than $400 for replacing lower control arm and an alignment. I highly recommend!

The owner is great, The prices are fair, good honest mechanics that stands behind their work. They always go the extra mile to get you back on the road. Would rate it higher but I can olny put 5 stars.

You can't go wrong taking your vehicle to this shop! Cecil has been taking care of repairs on my '96 2dr Tahoe for over 20yrs & has stood behind his work 100%. My truck now runs better than ever! I will not take my truck any where else!

I'll tell you what it's been one year since my outlaw shifter has been installed and the new gears in my rear end have been installed on my 74 scamp Working flawlessly these guys know what they're doing I would not trust my vehicle with anybody else!!!
