I had a great time the other day at Petco with buy two birds and equipment. I haven't owned birds before, but the guy who sold them to me owned seven birds. He was obviously knowledgeable, and he gave me a 15% discount at the checkout. I was very pleased with the customer service and the pricing.

Every time I go to purchase fish they are in quarantine for ich or whatever. That’s very sad and heartbreaking! Maybe you guys should change vendors or something. I walk by the tanks and the fishies look sad a suffering. 😢I’m done with these guys though. I’ll go to pet smart down the street from now on. At least when I go there 90% of there freaking stock not sick with a million diseases. I’ll miss Ralphaela if she still works there.. But the gas I wasted going out there on several occasions for a specific fish just to see them in quarantine is frustrating. Bad luck idk but I’m tired of that.. smh

One of the employees was very helpful, she introduced herself but I forgot her name. She had her hair tied back, wore glasses, and had kind of long brown hair. She helped me find everything I was looking for and went out of her way to help me out even when she was in the middle of stocking plus when she didn’t have the answer to any of my questions she would go and find out for me, great employee, great vibes. She definitely deserves a raise and to be treated like an important asset to the company because now a days customer service like she provided is hard to find.

Mickey did excellent with my Pomeranian puppy. It was his first time getting groomed and I was nervous but Mickey was great! Kash was beautifully groomed and I’m so grateful. We will be back!

Checked in on the app for a curbside pickup, waited 25 minutes for no assistance. Tried to call to check on the status of my order (which I had been notified hours prior was ready for pickup) where I was left on hold and hung up on. Had to get my child out of the car and go inside to inquire about my pickup to find staff sitting at the front chatting with each other who were surprised I had been waiting despite a mobile check in, mobile reminder that I was waiting and a phone call into the store. I order curbside pickup due to a disability that makes it incredibly difficult to lift and transfer the heavy dog food package and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of care from the staff. Will be taking my services elsewhere from here forward.
