Scheduled two of my dogs here to get groomed for 2 pm. He calls me at 9 am and left a message asking me to come in earlier or at noon. So I accommodate it because online “double booked him” even when I put any groomer. I felt bad because maybe it was a glitch with the scheduling. When I got there around noon he was unsure if he could groom both of my dogs. They’re like 9lbs. So I decided to just have one and plan the other next time. This place didn’t seem busy compared to other locations. No call for like 3.5 hours. I showed up and my dog was already “finished.” Well, her hair wasn’t even tied up. They said it was a new policy about top knots. Okay, that’s fine. Went home and saw her ears were NOT cleaned. So I took her to the vet because I thought she had an infection. IF he had truly cleaned it he would’ve noticed and told me, right? I called the place and supposedly he’s the manager. I left a message with one of the staff. He never called back to apologize. Sigh. Okay. Well, tell me why one week later my baby smells and definitely needs her glands expressed. Oh yeah I am really upset.

My only complaint is wishing this location was bigger and inventory choices rotated a bit more.

All the fish tanks look awful. Dirty and their lights weren’t even on (it was 1pm when I visited) they were caked with dirt and crap on the outside which could be cleaned with a simple wipe. Cannot imagine how poorly maintained they are. A larger tank with gold fish and plecos had 3 large plecos dead floating around.
I then overheard an employee selling an elderly lady and what looked like her 8 year ish old grand daughter a betta fish saying 1 gallon was a big enough tank and they could buy a betta fish today and let it live in the cup for a couple days to a week and then come back and buy the tank.
These people have no respect for life or the animals they sell. I walked out and will never return.

I am not happy. This grooming place made up stories about me being late and issues with my dog. I was turned around after being late because my laptop was EST and I didn’t realize it was in another time zone. I was really confused at being late. Well, showing up late without service and being referred out for being late in unacceptable. It would have been different if I would have inconvenienced you by being serviced. The employee here in grooming can not see you or your pet if they don’t like you. If you speak out and have concern they will refer you out.

The young employees in grooming are nice but this is the second time we have gone and taken our dog to come home with an “upgraded” bill. This time they added $30 when my daughter brought the dog after I already made and appointment and specified what I wanted. They “up sold” her the holiday package which is basically an upgraded shampoo - really? They did her nails and washed her and combed her for 112$. The last time it was close to $200 for a cut because of added charges. This is why I started taking her elsewhere for cuts but thought I’d try just the wash which was supposed to be $57 plus a fee they charge because the company is scamming. Not cool. Same experience. Manipulated my kids into something my dog didn’t need and already included in the wash. I called
to speak to the manager who explained it away rudely and didn’t offer to make it right. There are too many places to take your dog for grooming for half the price to choose this one. The wash package is $57 for my dog and after upgrade and fees and tips due to employees not making enough hourly - $112. Sooo basically double priced the charge. The young employees are nice and deserve better.

Waited for someone to check me out for several minutes. Never got acknowledged. Someone came in to clock out, but me nor the other people in line were acknowledged.

We were denied a sale at 6 pm the excuse we were told was that that department was closed! We were not the only ones that got turned away there were 4 other sales as well. What kind of store turns away sales so the workers can continue doing nothing!! Pathetic store we won't be coming back here.

This is a Nice place. It is Stocked well. Very Clean store. Prices are a bit high but if you love your fur babies then I highly recommend this place!

I took my dog to get groomed and Alexis decided to do what she wanted to do when I left notes/details. This isn’t the first time! Why tf would you shave my dog tail lying like he was matted. I do not recommend her at all. I’m highly pissed and I will be calling corporate!

Store was very messy and disorganized, a fish was floating dead, and the mice/ferret/hamster habitats were very dirty and it was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Employee was very rude to me and my family, trying to argue with me and yell at me about my animals. I have no idea why they would let someone so rude be in a customer facing position. Very disrespectful atmosphere, I won’t be returning and I advise everyone to go to a different location

I came here recently to add another mouse to my habitat, and was grilled by the employee about my age. He demanded I show him my ID and I immediately did, and he looked at it for a minute straight all the while giving me a very dirty look while he checked. He then said ok fine. I had brought my little sister along with me, because she loves animals. I told her she could pick which mouse I get because I don’t care what they look like. The man comes up to me and starts shouting at me getting red in the face talking about how I can’t buy it for her when I obviously wasn’t. I was talking to him before about my mouse habitat. I had to comfort my little sister on the way home because she was so sad that the man had screamed at us. Even after we had left the store the man came outside to glare at us walking away
I don’t understand the audacity of someone to scream at a person and a young girl. I’ve had my mice for years now and I originally bought them at a petco in Dallas when I was 17. Not once did they ask my age or for my ID or scream at me while getting red in the face. This man was incredibly disrespectful and I won’t be returning.
If you don’t enjoy your job, you shouldn’t take it out on customers.
