This is not what I asked for! I wanted my beautiful husky washed and trimmed. I came back to find they shaved him like a poodle. They won't return my calls to get my money back. Stay away from PetSmart.

Shoutout to Patti at PetSmart! She was so patient and helpful, especially when I couldn’t decide between two flea medications. She never seemed annoyed by my indecisiveness. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier!

I'm leaving this review after having a small issue over fees in the grooming salon that were immediately made right by the manager I spoke to, Devon. The details are unimportant. Having been in customer service management myself, I was very impressed with her friendly and helpful demeanor, her professionalism, and how she chose to make things right.
My three star rating is because of my original complaint, poor quoting for services.

Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital went above and beyond to help my dogs Mon-Tey and Dr. Phil. The dogs ate rat poison, our vet tech took the time to warm up to the dogs while also speaking with poison control for treatment options. She tried to help save my money and even spoke to my dogs PC at Bandfield (whom refused to treat the dogs) the Vet wouldn't speak with me directly and wouldn't provide the K1 tablets they need. The dogs are both on their paid Wellness plans. To get help, I went back to FWAER and they took my dogs stright back, had no problems examining them and issuing the medication. I was so stressed and worried. I'm grateful for the care and compassion my dogs and I received today. I highly doubt I will ever recommend Bandfield located inside of Pet Smart on Carroll street due to the treatment and lack of care I received today.

Customer service horrible. Older lady cashier help a customer as I stood and waited. When it was my turn she turned and helped someone else left me standing there. Not the first time. No one ever ask can they help you. She gave the dog in front of me a treat then me waiting with my dog she rolled the bag up never offer Leo treat. We will seek better service elsewhere

Please don't take your doodle are dogs here they had my baby from 1 to 6pm and that's because I went myself to see what's taking so long literally I was in tears,she look like a lawnmower went over her when I got her home she was dramatized thew up wid not eat and just lay down wouldn't move it was awful she was not herself never again will I take her there these are after they messed her up face was not even are her body for that matter

We have a very anxious dog who doesn’t love to get groomed but Rafael does an amazing job with our dog Jax. Rafael is very kind, patient and professional. He always listens to us as owners and takes such great care of our sweet boy. Jax always comes home looking so handsome because of Rafael’s grooming abilities. Thank you Rafael for your hard work !!

I always use the Grooming Service at the Carroll Street location in Fort Worth. I have tried different groomers, but once I found Rafael G. he is my go to groomer. He is so attentive, listens to what you want, makes suggestions and is patient with my pups. Rafael will definitely not disappoint. Once he gets familiar with you and how you like your pup's haircut he is off and trimming. Thanks Rafael for the Wonderful job you do on Bella and Louie. Keep up the Great Work !!

Went to the petsmart on July 14 2024 shopping for dog food. I needed to use the restroom so I asked the man at the grooming station for the door code. He refused to give me the code and told me to find an employee to allow me in. He said they can't just let "anyone " use the restroom. Looked for an employee, only found the cashier. She also refused to allow me to use the restroom. She said she would call someone to let me in. Waited by the door no help arrived. The man from the grooming station who refused to allow me to use the restroom came out of the restroom so I went in when he opened the door.
This type of customer service is shameful and unacceptable.
