This place takes advantage of their delivery drivers. I do uber eats and they use uber eats to work the system and not tip the delivery drivers. The customer has the option to tip but i've never received a tip in all of the orders that I received from this place. The store must be pocketing all the tips

Grooming services are a waste of money here. We asked and confirmed with person upon dropping off our dogs that they would treat our pets with flea shampoo. We have been struggling to provide relief for our dogs from fleas and with the constant struggle of consisting the pest control with the grooming appointments it would just be nice to have everything taken care of. However, our dogs were not and our flea problem still exists because our dogs were never even bathed with the shampoo to begin with. Don’t bother calling customer service either, they’re trained to gaslight you and tell you that you don’t know what you’re talking about.

My mom brought her dog to this place when he was sick. They talked her into buying pet insurance for $80/month. The dog died that same day at their facility of heart failure. They took $80 from my mom for the next 12 months. I called and explained the dog died. They didn't care. They just wanted that $$

It was empty and slow. Cashier was nice. The lighting was super dim but it didn't smell and was easy to find most things
