Had to go to return a few items I didn’t need and found out the girl that charged me the first time charged me twice for one thing and didn’t charge me at all for one of the items I was trying to return. Despite the odd situation, the workers worked quickly to help me resolve the issue. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, it’s my favorite!

This location seems to be lacking in customer care, particularly over the phone. While in-person service may be fine, I live out of the way, so stopping by after work isn’t always convenient. When I called to check if an item was in stock, the employee who answered was not particularly kind. While he didn’t use inappropriate language, his tone was noticeably unfriendly. Before I hung up, he even suggested that next time, I should come in person to ask my question face-to-face. I understand that everyone has tough days, but this interaction made it clear that he was not in a good mood. I truly hope things improve for him.

Terrible customer service for my aquarium needs, but at the register great help. This location needs someone that wants to be there for thr help with aquarium questions.

Racism at PetSmart are you kidding me? My wife went to purchase some specific digestive assisting dog food for our poor ill pet and when she asked for help the employee was incredibly rude. When my wife asked for clarifying information about the brand she was buying she was essentially told of the label says digestive then that should be what she is looking for. My wife ignored the rudeness but when she went to check out the same woman took over, unprofessionally complained about having to take over for the previous cashier for her break then checked my wife out. She asked if there was a phone number for member I.D. My wife gave her my info and said it should be under John. Cashier says "It says Juan?" (My legal name on my driver's license) And when my wife clarified yes that's it this PERSON has the nerve to say "This is Texas why wouldn't he just go by Juan?!" My wife just checked out and left but when she told me the audacity of this woman when we are already stressed about our ill dog now we have to deal with this. We will be going elsewhere from now on, do better Heritage Trace

Everyone and I do mean everyone at this location are helpful and kind. Love this location. They also carry goose feed which is hard to find at other locations.

I took my puppy for training classes last year. This year, I took my 7 year old dog for training. Renee is Bella's trainer. She's fabulous! Bellas has learned all the basics plus more. I highly recommend Pet Smart for training your dog.

Almost every time I am here, there is a problem with one of the registers. A cashier will hold up the line for upwards of 10 minutes because there is a problem with the item not scanning, not being in their system, etc.
The other night, this poor couple was trying to check out cans of cat food, and for whatever reason, the cashier couldn't find the food on the computer (which...doesn't make sense because doesn't PetSmart sell the product?). After holding up the line for 5 minutes, a manager finally came over to help. And the manager couldn't figure it out either! At this point, 2 other registers opened up to help accommodate the line of 10+ customers that were waiting to check out. And there were STILL delays at every single register. One customer had to return an item, and the cashier spent 5 minutes pacing up and down the aisle trying to find where the item was. Finally she gave up and shouted across the store, "DO YOU KNOW WHAT AISLE YOU GOT THIS FROM?!" as the poor guy stood at the checkout awkwardly. At this point it's been over 10 minutes and I still haven't checked out (I have one item). When I finally left, the cat food people were still there. Honestly they might still be stuck there.
I'm considering driving out to the Watauga location simply because the service here is so poor. This location needs to get it together. It should not take 15 minutes and 3 working registers to check out 1 item at PetSmart on a weeknight. And this is not the first time this has happened at this location.
