Terrible service. We are here at 4:37 just with a question about rims we wanted to buy. A white tall over size girl very rudely yelled at us once we took the first steps in the store...we wanted to try to ask her a question about the rims and she interrupted us yelling again in our faces saying they were closed even though the schedule says CLOSE AT 5!

The vehicles were very well organized on the grounds as well as their locations clearly marked. The staff was friendly, efficient, and most of all very thorough. I will be getting used parts there exclusively from now on. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and there was a wide selection of vehicles for me to go to in order to keep my car running.

The worst experience ever. I was quoted a price over the phone, when we got there, they said we called IAA instead of Pick and pull...NO we called pick and pull. Our car was not running we towed it up there, just for them to say IAA said we told them it was running...anyways we left with $240 less than our quote...bc they did everything they could to lie and say we didn't tell them it had damages. Which we did. The worst place ever...I give them zero stars

No help, needed parts for 09 taurus, was told at the counter they were available, searched for 1.5 hours in 100 degree heat, found a couple Fords but no taurus, they should give a simple map to customers to locate your parts, called many times no one answers the phone

Great salvage yard. Three large locations, inventory changes almost daily and fair prices. I've been using pick-n-pull for years for a variety of vehicles. If I'm ever needing a part, I'll come look here first.

They are trying to sell their parts like they’re brand new. After buying a radiator thanking I was getting half the price of an original or a store-bought, one come to find out. I only need $10 more to buy it brand new. They wanna charge you for even the broken parts That you can’t get off in the yard. They won’t give you your money they’ll give you credit and you have to hold onto a receipt that will disappear in the sun pick and Paul has become very Shystie and they treat everyone like they’re stealing. They’ve raised their rates on going into the yard to three dollars. I hate shopping here. had to buy it at least to get my credit back bought a wheel hub. I couldn’t take the axle off in the yard. They wouldn’t help me not even the minimum 2nd Avenue. They have a real tall guy, intimidating, and trying to search everybody’s bags the other pick and pull located in Dallas. They have a guy who has an attitude problem who doesn’t inform you how much your return is nor does he try to help in any kind of way when you ask him for information he should give easily. He gives you that energy that makes you not even wanna ask him pick and Paul used to be a good place. It sucks now.
