Well, what can I say. On weekends the showers are prepared at the usual pace, just like everywhere else. I’d also like to highlight that they keep track of the reserved spots, putting out cones and so on, so there’s always parking available for those who purchased them. That’s really nice. Overall, I don’t have anything bad to say. The only issue was that today, for some reason, the men’s restroom wasn’t working, so we had to use the shower stalls that were allocated for that purpose.

Like most pilots and flying Js the homeless are taking over...it's no longer a place for any class truck driver to catch sleep...I drive semi, straight truck and van and I'm shocked no one has said anything about the Expedite parking the runs along Bob tail....it's taken by homeless....in a semi I need to find parking and after 6 pm it gets hard competing with other drivers, when your in a expedite van your competing for parking with the homeless....I get it, hard times, but a truck stop ain't a homeless camp....many places can get you help....

The worst truck stop ever. All lot broken conquer everywhere is garbage, and they got just a few free spots and almost all lot of reserved parking. Insane

So this is a new one. If you reserved a shower DON'T UPDATE YOUR NUMBER on the app! It'll make you get back to the end of the line smh. I had 3 people in front of me then I updated my number to receive texts messages about my shower only to find out it pushed me to the back of the line. Best believe I cancelled and left 😑 I don't blame anyone other than the app and yes I have the app updated. Parking can be hard to find but I've gotten lucky for it being my first time here. Definitely a little messy in the parking lot. Drivers let's do better.

This place needs new management. Daniel says it’s not his problem that reserved parking is always full regardless of if we have a paid reservation or not.
He does not know how to manage his employees properly. Fire him asap and hire someone who cares about this industry.

Everything is good except the truck parking lot! Very dirty! The management and the drivers should think about it how to keep it clean!

11pm I need to get out of my parking area and the manager and workers on duty refuse to get outside and move trucks so the rest of us professional drivers can do our jobs. Parked blocking fuel tankers unloading areas, shop and firelanes. Including right up against the store.
