Worst customer service. They don’t keep up with transactions. Paid bill, card on file. They let me run almost out. Called and they said I had a balance. Had to send them receipt from credit card showing it was paid. Goodbye Pinnacle hello Mansfield gas.

I was on hold for over 1-1/2 hours today and an hour last week, when I gave up and hung up. They are working the poor customer service representative to death. They need to double her pay and then some now. Wish United would have stayed United because Pinnacle is absolutely horrible.

the price for the big tank says $210 when i decide to buy it was 285$ they did not honor the price. wont be doing business with them. I found one online for 50$ free shipping

We just built a house and moved in 3 months ago. Our builder Legacy Classic Homes said Pinnacle filled the 250 gallon tank when it was installed. Our house ONLY uses propane for our kitchen stove and fireplace. We ran out of propane last night during our son’s 15th birthday party. Not very happy

I have a propane bottle I need certified for forklift. It’s from an older forklift and is a smaller bottle that just expired. They told me they wouldn’t even look at it to get recertified because it was to hard for their new guy to test. Wouldn’t even try. I still would have paid, even if they were unsuccessful. People now a days a weak and simply refuse service if they think it’s to hard.

If you need a propane tank recertified this is the place! It was busy when I arrived, but the folks here worked me in and I was able to get both my small camping size tanks certified and filled in less than 30 minutes.

Got some small tanks filled. Inside staff friendly. Outside workers need to smile more... felt like I was a bother.

There is no continuity with different offices policies. One office will install the propane line for the my generator. But the other office will now not service it because it’s to close to the tank. The tank is at the minimum of 10ft. They will say well this office does it this way and we are not the other office. They will over fill your tank from what you asked it to be. Then charge you but only give you a credit not a refund. Being forced to use them again not to lose the credit.

Just wanted to thank you so much for getting our propane to us so quickly after the snow and ice storm. We had relied on our propane to light our fireplaces when the electricity would shut off and on. Needless to say We were starting to run very low and when we called you were here the next day!! Awesome job and a great big Thank You!!

I literally called about services and pricing but somehow they were surprised when we showed up. They said we'd have to tag our tank and pick it up the next day, um no thanks. This would have been AWESOME and necessary I formation to give over the phone when I called so I wouldnt waste my time.
