The pizza itself was very mediocre and a bit burnt but the pasta was the absolute worst I’ve ever ordered from any pizza hut. Totally scorched the pasta and this was my third attempt trying. This Pizza Hut in specific will definitely give you the most lifeless, burnt pasta you will ever have in your entire life.-12/10. Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering Pizza Hut.

This place is a joke they treat people like they are less than the employees working there. Not to mention the manger and assistant manager that don’t take bills over twenty. That’s sad they said it’s pizza huts policy but when I looked up the policy there is nothing mentioned. Nor any signs put up. No I had to drive down the street to break a large bill just to accommodate their needs. I think that location needs to hire new employees and train them properly and educate them on customer service.

I have ordered from this location three times now but have tried several times more; however, my order request would not go through. Today, I got my order to go through but when it arrived one of the pizzas had the wrong sauce I requested...one original marinara and the other creamy garlic sauce (would have chosen ranch but it is not even an option). Both pizzas have marinara sauce. Tried to contact the store but their phone just rings until automatically hangs up...tried three times. If there was a Domino's that delivered to my apartment complex/community I would have ordered from them because they do have ranch as a pizza sauce option.In addition, the delivery person is not getting the full address and instructions in order to find me. Today's did not even have my apartment number.

Acouple of months back I ordered from this Pizza Hut location. Due to an issue that I had with door dash NOT Pizza Hut. They still went ahead and made the situation right for me! Devin Helped me out 100%. Next time I ordered from them my pizza came out PERFECT! I’m all about customer service, and I’ll tell you what this location knows how to take care of their customers! THANK YOU!

Ordered online when I went to pick up around 6:10 I saw a employee threw the window grab a order then put it back i thought it was mine due to requesting curbside but decided to walk in when I did I saw the same employee with a mouth full of food greet me then proceeded to walk towards the kitchen still with a mouth full of food and say front really hope he didn't handle my food.

I ordered tonight (Friday night around 730) through the app. The pizza was delivered about 20 minutes early and I had my door pounded on despite me opting for contactless delivery. This would have been fine if the pizza hadn't been inedible. I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks, all inedible. Nobody in my house would touch them. Probably a spoonful of sauce for each pizza and I don't even know if I can call this cheese. Chalky, dry, absolutely disgusting. Spit out the first bite and had to throw away the rest. I know what a Pizza Hut pizza looks like; I could tell the moment I opened the box something was wrong with it. Never ordering from this location again.

I made an online order on 11/29 for a delivery. I was at work and probably this location didn't have driver's so they send my order with Door Dasher, the delivery guy call me and ask me for the payment and his tips on cash, I told him that I make my payment online and I tip 18% of my total order. The guy take my order back. It was so difficult to contact the store by phone, but when finally they answered the manager said he will refund the money to my c.c, and a few day after this refund is still not done yet.I love pizza hut and been a costumer for long time. But this is a bad experience because they let me without food and charge my c.c.Door Dasher need to training the people who does the delivery.

I received a $25 Pizza Hut gift card several months ago. We never, ever order food and always choose to cook at home. However, my Mom is in hospice care, and we needed a quick lunch, so I used the gift card to order online. Online, during the ordering process, I ordered one pizza that cost $19.49. They charged $2.02 tax, $4.99 delivery fee, and I chose to leave an 18% tip of $4.77 for the delivery driver. So, I had to pay $6.27 plus the $25 gift card. When the Door Dash delivery driver arrived, she removed the hot pizza from the insulated bag and gave it to me, and I indicated that I left a tip online for her, and she said, "No, you didn't." She showed me that the Pizza Hut receipt said DRIVER GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED and also that I needed to pay her $25 since it had been deducted from her pay??? (the amount of the gift card). I invited the driver inside the house while she called Door Dash, and I called Pizza Hut. I placed the pizza box on top of my kitchen stove. It took quite a while for me to actually speak to a person at the local Pizza Hut where the pizza came from and, when I did, I told the person on the phone the issue, she seemed uninterested, placed me on hold again, and then another person picked up the phone several minutes later and I had to go through the whole story all over again. The person was very dismissive of me, stating that the driver certainly will get a tip, and to ignore what is printed on the receipt. The driver (loved her! she was SUPER NICE!) was in my home a good 15 minutes. I wound up having to give a CASH TIP to the driver, since the receipt plainly said DRIVER GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED. I have pictures of the receipt, as well as the web order that shows that I also gave an 18% tip. All I had was a $20 bill, so the driver got a $20 tip on a $19 pizza, and I don't know who received the $4.77 "driver tip" that I paid online. This whole thing took longer than 15 minutes and by the time we opened the pizza box, the pizza was cold, the crust was hard, as was the meat on the pizza. I am not satisfied and will never order from Pizza Hut again. So, in summary: I ordered a $19 pizza, using a $25 gift card, and wound up paying $26.27 cash out of pocket, plus the $25 gift card = $51.27 (for one pizza!!) -- and the product was cold and hard. Pizza Hut, you need to do better.

I have placed an order via the app…and it got returned/canceled. It was strange so I used a different card however, it was returned/canceled yet again.I called to order over the phone - they took order i paid on the automated line waited 55 min and no order.I called back and asked to connect to the store - and didn’t get an answer four times.This is just one of the negative interactions Im writing about. I'm done with this place!
